Apartment gets VERY moldy during wet season. Leasing office/Maintenance just shrug it off and say, "Oh they're all like that". If you want to overpay for a moldy apartment with no parking and pay pet rent then this is the place for you!

Just recently renewed our lease for another year and could not be more satisfied. As the comment below mentioned, I too, work in property management and, although each company does procedures differently, such as walk thru's, I am highly satisfied with the way in which Andover is ran. Most importantly, my boyfriend and I just recently had an incident that was neither the fault of management or ourselves. An individual working for an outside company whom Andover was using at the time participated in a behavior that one should not when trusted on the premises. We reported this to the office and Andover quickly stepped in to action. Making accommodations that were necessary to remedy this situation and assuring this incident would not happen again. When speaking with the property manager I felt secure in her capability of handling such a situation and trusted her word. She was open to listen, assuring, and understanding of our needs. Our leasing agent is also amazing. She is fun, upbeat and eager to help. She responds quickly to emails and follows up as needed. This community is always kept clean, and maintenance does the best they can with such a large apartment complex. We have done multiple work orders, all fixed timely and correctly. Parking is the only hassle but, they do have spaces available to rent if you would like or, need the extra space. Lastly, we have referred one friend here who moved in and is also happy and are receiving and incentive for that... which is amazing! The location is perfect, great always empty fitness center & walking trails behind the property. They also often have fun resident events with FOOD and prizes. We will probably stay here until we purchase a home because of the wonderful way we have been treated and the community features.

DO NOT MOVE HERE... I AM WARNING YOU! We thought when we first saw the inside that they looked descent. A reasonable price to move in ect... We pay $1200 for the biggest floor model. So you would hope for that amount we would live comfortably. Well boy were we wrong. They never cleaned the place when we moved in. They had shown us a different model and the day we went to move in they said oh sorry we never had a chance to clean. Since we already had the u haul and moved here from Corvallis we had no choice but to move in. So we stayed up with a NEWBORN and cleaned for 2 days straight. That is how bad it was. Now we are dealing with mold that will not go away that they say is our problem. We have a window in our kitchen that leaked so bad we begged them to come help. They said it would be two months because it needed a whole new window. It was a blast keeping towels in the kitchen. Now we have two other windows leaking. It destroyed our personal belongings because the window is right about a ledge where pictures go. We wake up to find water everywhere and our stuff soaked and the pictures bleeding. Our garbage disposal broke and they tried saying we put something in it. Boy did they feel stupid when they found out the construction workers cut the wire to the disposal when they replaced the kitchen window.NOW here is the best part.... Our electric bill came for the past 6 months of us living here has been between $450-600 dollars!!!!!! Yes, I will show anyone. We thought there has to be something wrong. We knew going into a place with 19ft ceiling would obviously be a higher bill than an average place but when you do not run the heater EVER this is not right. So we called an inspector to come in and he said that almost every window is not sealed properly. This is Oregon it rains all the time, things need to be sealed to prevent leakage and mold!! Our front door since the day we moved in does not even close all the way. You can see into our home and the air comes right in no problem. I could literally go on for days but just writing this makes me even more furious. We are in the process of suing. They have not been willing to help with anything. We have lived here for 6 months and it has been a complete nightmare, Save yourself the time and money and stay away from here. We have two other couple friends who live here also and they are breaking the lease for the same reason. They say the construction going on since we moved in is to fix some of these things. It should be done before people move in. The constructions workers sit on their butts all day and stare at us females any chance they get. Sounds like a wonderful place to live doesn't it! I am only writing half the problems. I would hope you do not need more, Hope this is helpful

From the website the apartments looked amazing. I was very excited to take a tour and potentially rent here. When I drove in I could not find a place to park (they did not even have enough future resident parking spots). Had to walk past multiple trashy cars and people (A big lady was tattooed all over and smoking cigarettes right next to her apartment). When I finally toured the apartments they were not nearly as nice as the website made them look. Everything looked wet and mildewy and from the other reviews that seems accurate. This was the first place I crossed off my list to NOT move in to. Don't be deceived by visiting it during the summer.

Parking sucks. Only 9 guest parking spots. Apparently they think people who live here are antisocial and have zero family.
