I lived at CentrePointe for 8 years. When i moved i had to deal with the old management. Had a lot of issues and things were not done right or on time. The manager at CP Ethan came two years after, i had major issues in my lace that the old management ignored. As an amazing manager, he took care of all issues, and solved all the problems. Since then i did not have any complain. He is the best manager i every had to deal with, very professional and respect all tenants. I think Ethan is an amazing assets to CP, they will never get someone better or even like Ethan

I lived at CentrePointe for a year and half. I only left abruptly due to a psycho roommate. (Probably one of the people that are complained about in other reviews). This was one of my nicer living experiences in the 5 years I lived in los angeles. It was a dream really, because I worked at Sony which is only two blocks away. Plenty of great restaurants in the area. Near Santa Monica & Venice. Yes, the toilet clogged quite a bit and the design of the kitchen must have been done by a blind man--- but it was still a nice apartment and they always came to fix stuff I reported. My chief complaint really was the pool is NEVER heated so they claim. But when my roommate went nuts on me the management was very helpful and understanding. It's hard to find a gated good apartment complex WITH parking in Los Angeles that is affordable enough for an executive assistant's salary.
