Terrible! Bugs, Strays, drugs, lies and bad service. Not what it used to be. When we moved here we were so impressed with the personal help we received and the attention to detail the staff had. They were never to busy to help and any request we had was taken care of almost immediately. Now, we can't get anything we ask for. I've been trying to get my apartment sprayed for bugs for over a month. (we've seen house centipedes, spiders, and fleas). The fleas are likely caused by the dozens of stray cats roaming the complex. They are quick to give you a 24 hour notice that they will enter your home for repairs, but when the work is left unfinished you can't get maintenance in to do something as simple as paint. With two little boys, a nice neighborhood was important....not what we have anymore. There are fights in the middle of the night, and we never know what we'll walk out to in the morning. Broken chairs near our children's window, broken liquor bottles, used condoms, trash, even grocery carts right outside our apartment. Numerous times, while walking to the laundry room after dark, we've been approached to buy drugs. We can't leave our patio door open after dark either. There is a constant marijuana smell.company. The onsite laundry has numerous problems, washers and dryers go out constantly, and in order to get your money back, you have to write a letter to the Now they've double charged us on rent through their online portal. When I called to ask what happened and to have one of the charges reversed, I was flat out told that it was an issue on their end, they have no access to the payments and couldn't fix it. They told us to call our bank and stop the payment, but when we did....they added $110 in fees to our rent. We're basically being told oh-well....no one is even trying to help us with something that was not our fault. last straw for me. Not worth the trouble, wouldn't recommend living here.
