We moved into Marina Cove on a three months lease and expected to use it as a temporary base, while we looked for something longer term. We liked Marina Cove and the people who work there so much, we stayed for three and a half years. Over the years the management staff, especially Pam and Mabel have been extraordinaryily helpful to my wife and I as we encountered life changes and new directions. Whenever we needed guidance or help the onsite management team provided the assistance we required. Honestly, we are sorry to leave, but a new opportunity takes away from the City we love best.

Living here is expensive for what you get. They charge so much for little. Laundry is much more expensive than any in-building laundry services I've lived in, parking was offered to "NONRESIDENTS" for $125 but for a person that lives in the building it is $225. What is up with that? At this particular building 1550 bay they FORCE you pay for cable whether or not you want it. The furniture is subpar for what you pay its not worth it. The only reason why it did not get 1 star is because the apartment was in satisfactory condition when I moved in.
