I stayed here for 3 months in summer 2011. Very descent apartments and good facilities in general. Nice staff to work with also.

I am going on my 3rd year here at Briarwood. I have not one complaint about the complex. Any issue is regards to the apartment is handled immediately. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a quiet family atmosphere.

I lived at Briarwood Apartments from 1986 until 1988, I was four years old when my parents and I moved...as you can tell, I have a good memory. I remember it was painted blue and it had two playgrounds and Cannery Park is right across the street. My dad would come home from work and he would take me to see the Libby Water Tower at sunset in the summer. I made friends there, my parents got along with the management and the best thing of all it was BRAND NEW! Sadly, it all ended in 1988 when we moved out. My parents divorced, my best friend moved away (we lost touch), my mom started dating again, and I would never see the closet with mirrors again. If God gives me a chance in living there again, I would.

We chose this place because of its pet-friendly attitude. Everyone here seems very cool with pets and there are several dog owners (not just cats!) Ask very carefully how much train noise you will hear before you move in. I did and the manager was very honest with me. I selected a unit on the other side and haven't heard a thing when I sleep at night. Get a second-floor apartment. We rarely have problems with hearing the downstairs neighbors, but I get the feeling it doesn't work the other way around. Our TV seems to be over their bedroom. Maintenance has been very responsive to our requests for fixing things. They haven't had much luck with the squirrels though, so don't think for an instant you can put your trash out on the porch.
