I moved here last July 2013. There wasn't anything that bothered me except the sketchy people. November rolls around and I see a few small roaches and my dishwasher breaks. December comes and I find myself spending Christmas with THREE RATS. February - I leave for a camping trip and come back to a mess because of the rats/roaches. May - I constantly have to clean the kitchen in the mornings and when I come home from work because they run around in the stove, cabinets, and the rats decided to make BABIES and chew at the bottom of the bathroom door!!!!! I know that they have changed management, but all they have done is fix outside on one side of the complex. DONT MOVE HERE.

I've spoken to a few people who have complained of Bed Bug and roach infestations. They use cheap flooring with the glue that creates fumes, and often the laundromat on site doesnt work. I recommend to stay away from these units until such time they can get things fixed and killed. It's unsafe and unhealthy!

bad bad bad no hot water , plenty of roaches , don't even come here

plumbing in this place is ridiculous first off the hot water gets cut off about once every 3 weeks and second whenever one of my neighbors uses water the sound of the water going through the pipes is so loud that it will wake you up/keep you awake at night. oh and i cant forget to mention the raccoon thats always scurrying around in the midfloor above my apartment LOL
