Worst place to ever live in I lived there for a year and never had hot water, I lived in apartments in the worst parts of Tucson and this place took number 1 spot and also 2 and 3... Management was a bunch of pissed off old ladies that don't have any customer service skills. The whole district manager Lisa and 0 social skills and job skills. The maintenance crew only tools were duct tape and hammers and couldn't even fix a leaking pipe. The lawn was always full of dog poop and no one cleaned it or even cared even when it was reported this is the worst place to live in!!!

I started out living here with my sister October 2012. Chris and Veronica were in the office and they were awesome to say the least. They were always pleasant when talking on the phone with you, or face to face.They always got you anything you needed quickly. If you had something wrong with your apartment they would get someone out there a fast as they could. Which only took 1-2 days. Now it seems like i wait 2 months just to get blinds dropped off. When the management changed everythiong turned awful. I resigned my lease by myself and i am trying to find a new place to live. It is no longer a pleasant trip to the office. The water gets shut off constantly due to leaks in the pipes, and you will fo a couple weeks in the winter without hot water. They say they arent able to keep up with the demands. Unless Chris comes back I am planning on moving as soon as possible.

Worst place to live ever I moved in, in December 2013 and have not had hot water in my apartment this whole time. Have called the office many times to complain about it and nothing has been done. The vent in the one of the bathrooms leaks when the upstairs apartment toilet overflows. I would never recommend my worst enemy to move in.

I believe its better than it was some months ago. Chris is a great person and had been great to me and my husband. He was very helpful to my husband who has been blind since childhood by reading the documents and explaining from beginning to end what certain documents were that he signed.

Worst property management of all time. Michelle is rude, hateful and a horrible person. She has no people skills, screams at good tenants and could not care less about burglaries and other violent crimes that happen weekly. This complex was supposedly great before she took over but now it is horrible.
