I moved into Arlington Square August 2014. It has been a fun-filled, laid back, pretty environment. The staff are very helpful and polite. I will not move out of here until I move out of Gainesville. It's the best!

I lived here for one year and it was the worst experience of my college career. Living downtown is great, but I wish I had picked practically anywhere else in Gainesville. The staff is lazy and does not respect the tenants (because we are mainly college students). The person above me started a fire and the sprinklers and such flooded my apartment so that almost everything was completely destroyed. The staff was very unhelpful in this situation. Also, the restoration company they hired came in and stole a large sum of money from my desk. In general the buildings are really old and very susceptible to large bugs. And there is no security so it is rather unsafe feeling, especially because it's downtown. Honestly the experience living there was all around very unsatisfactory.

The title says it all! I love living at Arlington Square. All of the staff is so friendly and helpful and the apartments are very nicely - very nicely kept. Three bus routes run right by the complex to campus and are NEVER full like at Cabana Beach for example.
