This place is a shithole..loud noise every day after 10pm, the trash smells like rotten animals which makes this entire complex smells nasty when you try to attend to go outside.. Drug activity is veeeery high, you shouldnt be surprised if someone knocks on your door, trying to sell marijuana , pills and other things. Lots of people are hanging around all day having nothing better to do then breaking in apartments, throwing around with trash and smoking. The office staff are a bunch of lazy ass people, who won't be taking care of anything you request. Someone tried to break in my apartment and my door never got fixed. To my attend to break the lease, I received no reply, Nothing. Maintenance are pigs. If they even show up to what you requested to get fixed in your home they will leave the place like its no other. I wish I could attach some pictures here. They come in, try to fix things (which always ends up breaking again) and do not clean up after themselves. If they had to come in because of an emergency, like water damage, they wouldn't even leave a note saying, someone was there. so you come home, find the mess and you might think somebody broke in. The pools you should not go to. The water is dark, people get in this pool with socks or with their close on. Disgusting The guards don't have anything better to do than walking around becoming friends with the potheads. They are not worth the money. They do not clean up the complex, there is shattered glass somewhere laying around where little kids are not able to play in. Weedbuds, cigarettes, glass, bottles everything you can imagine is just chillen on the ground not moving for month. I am a very clean person and I have roaches in my house, this apartment is invested, this complex actually is. Healthy much? They call their community a safe environment, glass, break ins, shootings, etc THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE TO STAY. People bugging you for money food cigarettes, quarters. they take whatever they can get. DON'T BECOME A TENANT OF THIS COMMUNITY. THIS IS THROWN AWAY MONEY..

Whoever gave this apartment complex 5 stars, was probably paid or works for the complex. I lived in Ashford Place for a little over 3 months with roommates. The apartments look nothing like what those photos show. During the time I was there the apartment was infested with cockroaches, it was dirty outside. I didn't have any security problems while I was there, but there was definitely the opportunity for it. After moving out the apartment complex charged us over $700 for "Damages" and cleaning fees. This matter hasn't been resolved yet, but in my experience with paying rent it was fine and they were nice. And during the times we needed assistance, it was very slow and they didn't do what they said they would. When I was being added to the lease it took three weeks, and we requested several times. Don't do it ;) And yes, drugs, people outside all the time, break ins, and cheap rent. you choose. your sanity and safety, or cheap rent.

Very horrible place to live. Aside from the theft from our apartment, the drug dealing that goes around the complex, the infestation of bugs that just does not go away(First Day of move in i found 16 roaches), the staff is horrendous. I have been living in apartments for 8 years and have never been screwed over by an apartment complex quite like this one. First of all, they are not professional at all. Their sincerity lasts about a week after you move in. Got stuck with a bunch of bogus charges, $2000 worth to be exact. We were not given notice of these charges until 8 months after our move out day. 8 MONTHS. So there was no way to argue these claims, which they probably knew. Trash is everywhere by the dumpster. Not just by the dumpster but 30 feet from the dumpster. Not just a little bit but piles and piles of trash. This is just my opinion and what I felt happened to me. But if you are still considering this place, go right on ahead, Good Luck

Disgusting! I have lived here for 7 months and I am leaving as soon as my lease is up. No matter how clean your apartment is there are still roaches! And when you call them they act like its no big deal. "ok, someone will be out tomorrow." Yuck. Maintenance sucks also. It takes them at least a week to come out for the smallest things. Do not move here. You will regret it.
