I would like to 1st start off with how poor the management staff was here. Upon my move out date despite my efforts to clean my apartment very well before I moved out I was still charged a cleaning fee of 150$ " the reasoning's being as little as a smear on the microwave, photos were attached". 125 $ fee of the carpet to be cleaned which wouldn't you expect any carpet to be cleaned upon moving into an apartment? I was also charged a 301$ fee for them to repaint the apartment. "Entire apartment as the stated" which I seen only photos of my sons room " kids go figure" and the bar area " obviously" This apartment will try to get every dime out of you that they possibly can beware of the hidden fees here. Read your lease closely. The staff is very disrespectful and are not there to tend to tenants needs as needed. Also would like for anyone moving in to be careful of the numerous amounts of Black Widows that were in the garages and outside areas especially if you have animals or kids. Never in my 4 years history of moving into apartments in the Houston/ Katy area have I ever been charged these outrageous fees . I do not recommend anyone to move here at least not if you have children. On a brighter note the apartment itself was nice and had a wonderful kitchen an master bath. But that's it. We moved from OH and in desperation of getting an apartment and good school before starting my work. So I took this apartment without looking inside, we decided purely based on on-line pictures. We lived there only 6 months. But I paid price for my mistake. Good: Apartment was clean. Clean and Good pool. Move-in experience was good. Maintenance was prompt. Bad: 2 Month Notice + exorbitant lease breakage fee. No play area for kids. No access to bike or jogging trails / sidewalk. All buildings were very close to each other. Very high rent for the facility they offer. When we moved out, we (3 people) cleaned the apartment very well except forgot to clean the ceiling fan in the living area. We got charged for $180 of cleaning. Many of the walls were not touched by us. Only couple walls had office chair mark and scratches. Got charged $448 for painting whole apartment. If you are an active person taking walk or biking, this place is not good. You can’t go anywhere but walking around the apartments. It felt like we are in jail. If you are a workaholic and want a clean place to stay, you can rent this place. Others please stay away from this place. This place is not worth for the rent they charge.
