No longer leasing... Stayed here for a year and was a terrible experience. I have leased other properties and have usually come to an understanding that you aren't gonna get what you want in gwinnett county. First off, the leasing staff. They were fine when I first moved in, but got worse and worse as time progressed. While I was leasing, I had several issues with paying online, and my account was locked and could not pay the rent without a late fee (I have several screenshots of these occasions). As a resident, I was issued a gate card for a slow gate. The guest gate was faster than the residence gate. They then put short notices on the door and for those that work traveling jobs, you may get towed if they are fixing the parking lot (I can attest to this personally). My apartment had 2 burners on the stove that was never fixed, a toilet handle that had to be held down to flush, cabinets in the bathroom that were never finished, a bedroom closet light that was very delayed (sometimes up to a minute), and a laundry room that smelled like smoke (from the apartment above). I hate the smell of smoke and was told they would fix it... Next we have the community, a fairly nice quiet community except when several cars a broken into and a terrible security company has no idea what is going on. They may also violate the breach of trust by entering your apartment when they deem justified (anytime). The tennis courts have not been open since I moved in, the pool requires a pool pass, but is only asked of certain individuals. They just added two computers and a printer not so long ago, although only one computer worked for some time. While my experience has been terrible, I am sure not everyone seems to have a problem with their apartment or the leasing staff.

Lived here 6 years-last year has been with new property owner and management office. Don't move here until you check with local law authorities on police reports. There have been numerous crimes committed here-beware! The new property management has raised my rent so high, that a mortgage payment for a $200K home looks good. My rent has gone up $320 a month in one year! As you can see from the previous resident, all the issues with this new management/owner are awful. There is no security here to speak of-you are on your own. And the type of residents that are moving in is another story that I will spare you. Let's just say there is open illegal activity going on in the parking lot! One of the biggest issues is the electric entrance "security" gate is open most of the time, allowing anyone entrance.

I have lived here for 3 yrs. I was here as Autumn Village and now as Autumn Vista. The new owners have made such wonderful changes to the complex. The pool has new furniture and lights now and they have painted the buildings. They added a second play area for children by utilizing half of the unused tennis courts. I have enjoyed living here.

The apartments are nice, not fancy but cozy. The office staff however is dreadful. They are incompetent and unable to provide any help. I asked for a freaking gym key, which should have been provided upon my lease signing, and the woman in the office looks at me, blankest stare I have ever seen and said "ooooh, we just ran out too" I continue to stand there, now with an even blanker face than her at this point. She then has the nerve to ask, "Can I help you with something else?" uhhh no when can i get my freaking key bimbo! When I need maintenance assistance in my apartment, they neglect to tell you when the maintenance guy will be there and just hang up on you. They send letters out telling you to leave your rent a certain amount short because you have paid too much previously, then after you do, they send another letter telling you that you owe them that same amount now and you have to pay by a certain date. are you effing serious? Where do they find these people. They are rude and impossible to deal with. I can't wait til my lease is up. Don't move in here unless you like dealing with idiots in charge. The maintenance man is great, very polite and helpful but these leasing agents and office people are so stupid.

This is a horrid apartment complex, well actually more like horrid office staff! The apartment complex itself is decent, and the apartments are decent, nothing special but nice. The leasing office staff on the other hand brings the complex WAY down!! They are terrible to deal with, not every staff member is terrible, but there is one lady in particular who is just dreadful. She is beyond cold and rude, and for no apparent reason other than maybe the pure enjoyment of it. She is not helpful what so ever. They are extremely un-organized, honestly do not see how they accomplish anything. They send letters with no merit, then you have to spend the time proving to them the letters have no merit, which is a time waster and a pain. The office looses it's value, and trustworthiness because they are so unorganized. The gates are constantly out of order, which generally is not a big deal, however if you had to pay $40 for a gate card that you don't get to use due to the faulty equipment, that can be somewhat frustrating. Other than the listed complaints the actual apartments themselves are nice. Never have had an issue here, minus a couple with the leasing office. So happy to no longer be living there and dealing with the awful staff! PEOPLE BEWARE, DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS PLACE BEFORE SIGNING A LEASE!
