Love the Aventine at Boynton...The staff is incredibly nice and helpful! Love the amenities, like the gym and the dog park, it is perfect for me. Have lived here for four years and have had no problems. Thanks to the staff, who are so approachable and friendly!

I have been living at Aventine for a little over a year now. I've just renewed my lease because I love it! The apartment is beautiful with large rooms, huge walk in closets, and a spacious patio (where I love to sit out and relax). It's very quiet and I never hear the neighbors above me or beside me. The pool, landscaping, and the property grounds are kept clean and well maintained. I've only had to call maintenance for minor issues, such as the patio light being out, and they always come within 24 hours. Portia and Michelle in the leasing office are great! They're very helpful, efficient and professional. My experience at Aventine has been nothing but pleasant and I would recommend this place to anyone.

When we first moved in, the place had fleas. After complaints and numerous bombing of the apartment and being expose to those chemicals, we asked them to remove the carpet. At first they denied that there were fleas until a neighbor confirmed that a dog was living there prior. We were bitten over 40 times. Later during the year we moved and asked how much to break the lease due to some issues. Had the money to pay for it and the office manager said nothing and had me sign a release form. 2yrs later there is a collection stating that we didn't pay 2000. Called numerous time for almost a year and finally got a call back to say they couldn't find anything. go figure

I worked with Nicole and Michelle to get moved in and they were great. Very roomy and great floor plans along with the high ceilings helped me decide to move in. They are a great dog friendly community. I would tell my friends to move in too!

The apartments are fine -- not amazing, just fine. The grounds are terribly kept, the mailboxes are frequently in shambles, and on more than one occasion at night the front gate was broken preventing many of us from being able to get into the community to our apartments. Save yourself the trouble. Even under the new management these people are idiots.
