I live and work at Baldwin Farms Apartments and just wanted to respond to the poor review of our community above. Typically, when a review like this is published online, it is because someone was evicted or maybe were sent a lease violation letter and left owing rent. Anyone can come online and post a review and there is no authentication process to verify otherwise, so please keep this in mind. This could be an irate Resident or even a previous disgruntled employee. We have criteria in screening future Residents which includes background checks for anyone over the age of 19. The manager, (Cindy), has been in property management for over 20 years and truly loves each and every one of her Residents. Come by and take a tour of our community and find out firsthand how great it is to live at Baldwin Farms Apartments!

can someone please let me know the rates and if these apartments are income based?? thanks in advance.

Don't move there, they rent to anyone, and who.they rent too bring ex cons to live with them, my daughter lived there and she was threaten by a neighbor went to cindy the manager and she had done nothing about it, A bunch of low income rednecks, drunks, teenagers, ex cons, you get what you pay for. Beware DONT MOVE HERE!
