She is mean, spying and try to charge you for no reason. I know two former neighbors who said, they got nothing of their deposits. Even though, they cleaned their apartments perfectly. I will move out soon. By the way, she keeps your package for a week and than notify you. Avoid this old mean angry manger. Rent a different place.

I lived there for 10 years and I just recently moved and in the beginning the place was nice, but year after year the place went down hill. From drug dealers living there, to prostitues working in the stair ways, original manager arrested from embezzlement of tenants rent. Current management, is bipolar and fake in nature and she pretends to be really good for tenants until you have a problem with the unit or need something done according to the lease, then she becomes your worse enemy. Fuller Enterprises who owns this place doesn't care about the units either, they just want to save money. Once you move in good luck on getting maitenace to your unit needed. They only care about half way fixing up empty units to refill them, after that you're left on your own. People are constantly moving in and out of this place you can't keep count. Entirely way more tenants live in each unit then the lease really requires so you have triple the people staying here than should, so it's very noisy place. Tenants throw water and who knows what liquid over the balcony's, you report it to management they say oh their watering plants. The landscapers seemed like they stay on the property 8 hours six days a week, making constant noise so if you work a different shift and need day time sleep be prepared to wear ear plugs here or if you have a little one who sleeps in the day good luck with that. And as much as I love children,these units weren't built with children in mind, so they have no were to play so they do so in the drive way where you could run them over or they would play soccer or baseball in the grass area right at other tenant windows. Oh and the pool is so over ran by to many tenants, that I gave up thinking about using that. The laundry room takes your money and they leave stagnant water in washers for weeks without fixing it. I really don't have anything nice to say about this place. All I can say is if you move there, don't say I didn't warn you. The management makes all these fake rules that they pass around on flyers, but they never enforce them. They've added many signs to the property to warn tenants of rules also, but it's to no avail. The only good thing I can say if you have bad credit I'm sure you can move in here, because there not screening credit or quality of tenant. Don't let the outside of the building fool you, walk through some of the random halls and you will see graffitti that constantly needs painting over and some of the halls smell like urine, and security only comes when it's time to lock up the laundry all though they claim they patrol at least 12 hours on the property, it's not true. We've had cars broken into and homeless people sleeping in hallways. Rent here at your own risk, I'm not a mad former tenant just one that's glad she doesn't live there anymore and I thought others would like to know before they take the leap of moving there.
