PLEASE READ!!!! DONT BELIEVE THE OTHER "GOOD REVIEWS"*****These other reviews are bogus. Obviously a friend of the owner or manager wrote those. None of the names ring a bell and I knew everyone who lived there. All seemed well in the beginning of my 1year lease, but let me tell you...boy was I wrong! My apartment reeked of cat urine to the point of embarrassment. I refused to have company over because of the smell and management never rid the unit of the smell the whole year I lived there. The place is full roaches and the pest control guy hardly came, maintenance never showed when he was supposed to, when he did, he'd sit in his truck for and hour smoking (not a joke) he didn't know what he was doing half the time. He also made you feel awkward and would talk about weird stuff. That is minor compared to what the company ended up doing to us upon move out. My move-out costs were $3,700. That's not even with rent. They lied and said our garage was full of oil and they needed to use a "special" chemical to clean it, GOD AS MY WITNESS, I NEVER parked a vehicle of any kind In That garage. I am a heavy set person with a wide car, I couldn't park in that garage if you paid me. They charged us for "missing rocks" from the back yard. (sarcastically) "yea I took them with me To my new place" what the heck?! I couldn't believe that they would do that to me after being the good tenant I was. So when I got this move out cost, I went to speak with Tina (manager) and she wouldn't even open her door to me instead yelled out (from inside her home) "I'm not at liberty to discuss your move out costs" Are you kidding me? I need answers, this is my rental history your ruining with these false statements. I have children to keep a roof over, how do you sleep at night knowing your doing this to good people. It's hard enough to find a good place to call home in this town cause of its residents being outrageously obnoxious. Why give the good people a bad rap? Anyway, I understand many people will ignore my advice to STAY AWAY, and be lured in to the beauty the townhomes does offer, buts it's definitely a nightmare and I don't wish it upon my worst enemy. Take a ton of photos before move and after move out. I did a scheduled walk thru, during the walk thru I was told my apartment was in great condition but sadly I didn't take pictures and it was all here say. My new apartment was a perfect fit! So close to the lab where I work and the move-in transition was easy. To top it off the maintenance has been really fast on taking care of my extra requests. I would recommend this these apartments for sure. The manager was also pretty flexible for me because my work schedule made it hard to come in during normal business hours.

I know that management has changed a few times, but believe me its for the better. Everything has drastically improved from the outside look and the inside carpeting. Don't know what happened, because I thought I had already left a comment before, anyway if your thinking of moving into the Hemet area. I would totally recommend looking into this place to see how the upgrades are going. Right now I'm going on several years at this location and one thing I really do appreciate is that its nearby downtown and most of the businesses, saves me a lot on gas and time buying groceries and commuting to work.

I love my apartment! It took me about two months to get into this place and believe me its been totally worth being on the wait list for a bit. The management company really takes care of this place and I've not had any problems with any of my neighbors either!
Most errands require a car.
