The apartment is pretty and new and the staff is nice. Maintenance fixes things quickly. Love having an attached garage. But the roaches and noise are unbearable. We live in a second floor unit with someone above us and expect noise from above. However, there is no insulation between the apartment adjoining yours. At night, we can hear the neighbors, with a baby, talk all night, clearly, while trying to go to sleep. Even that would be bearable if it weren't for the roaches. Tree roaches are expected in Texas but this is an infestation of small, German cockroaches. I clean, the apartment has sprayed with no results. We've spent no less than $400 buying pesticides and spraying, dusting and bombing on our own with no results. I cannot even sit on the sofa during the day without having one crawl on me at least 4 out of 7 days a week. There are always dead ones on the floor the next day after sweeping them up the night before but new ones crawling around for you to kill. Appearances are obviously deceiving. I would recommend pulling out drawers and looking on the tracks for roach poop before moving into any unit here or anywhere. If we had, we would have seen roach waste covering the tracks and framing of the drawers and cabinents. Lesson learned.

TOTALLY DISGUSTED......roaches from apartment below, mice on patio area from open field next door and the acing on the cake.....all ac/heater units are located centrally thus the smoking neighbor's cloud of smoke constantly on your face....buyer be ware of fees they claim to be refundable (yeah right). Fees are used as bonus for management...could not wait for home builder to hand over keys. DO NOT LIVE THERE UNLESS YOU WANT ISSUES...

...management is amazing they always take care of things right away can't say I have any complaints would recommend anyone to lease here promise you won't regret it!! Best three years have been spent living here :)

I've had no pest problems, and I take very good care of the place. It's clean and nice, and my family all say it's a very nice place.
