This is one of the worst experiences of leasing I have ever had in my life. The costumer service is polite but firm. They will not budge on anything especially special circumstances. I lived there for a year, and the Units are undersized, over priced, and quiet dingy. I've lived in some older buildings, but these units are just cheaply "repaired" or up-kept. When I moved-in the carpets were stained, and dingy, the rooms were small and had no over head lighting (inconvenient). The major appliances constantly broke or didn't perform up to standards. Dish washer would run cycles and have water in the bottom of it that looked worse than Sochi's. The Dryer had to be replaced during my stay there. Also everyone is nice (ready to take your money) when you move in but, moving out is a huge deal. They give you a thorough check list with every anal retentive thing you can think of on it to clean. For their standards, the carpets must be professionally clean, however old and dingy they were when you moved in. And don't think of renting one of those carpet cleaning machines either because they want a receipt as proof. But they were so kind when I moved out to offer their professional cleaner; that was over-priced and I'm sure they got a nice kick-back from them as well. When I moved out me and my roommates spent hours clean in fear that they were going to take our deposit. We weren't a bunch of frat boys, and most the time we weren't there because we were working. Nevertheless we took care of it! The best thing about Bently Ridge was getting out of there. Please DO NOT live there! They don't need your business because they are taking the people they have business with for a ride by leasing under-welming over-priced apartment units, and not putting the costumer first. They make you feel disrespected and disposable as a client.

Great place to live - moved here 6 month ago from Philadelphia for work. I couldn't ask for a better place to live -The property is nicely kept and the management is consistently improving the properties. The complex is spread out and quiet. Maintenance is prompt. Would highly recommend the complex, especially the "villages" (not the apt bldgs, but the house-looking apartments). Very nice place, clean, & well-kept.

Never have a problem with anything here. Fair prices, great location, extremely well maintained summer and more importantly, winter. Great amenities too. The staff are friendly and get things done quickly once you ask. Like I said, I don't have a single complaint
