This place is absolutely horrible! Just don't do it, unless you want to live in a nasty apartment. They had terrible management when I first came in and then new management came and seemed to be a little better. But as you communicate more with the office, it is just as bad. You can come one day and get a story and then the next day you'll get a different story. It's dirty, maitenence always has an attitude, the insulation runs your gas and electric money right out of the door. Just drive through the complex when you come to look, your tires might go flat with all of the potholes. Those have been there for years! They won't do anything about it. Just please don't rent here, I'm trying to help you. There are plenty of affordable places on this side of Columbus. Check out stonecrest on main, Belair court up off of broad, or Wellington. Those places are much cleaner and sometimes have lower rates.

I have lived here for 6 months and I can not wait til my lease is up! The maintenance department is the worse, they come after 3 weeks of hounding the management. When they arrive they are hateful. We had to replace our own thermostat in the apartment because the maintenance said there was nothing wrong with it. They come in with muddy shoes and expect you to clean up after them. Before we moved in the management showed us an extremely nice apartment and we were told all of the apartments look the same. They do NOT! The first day we moved in they gave us the wrong key and we had to wait the weekend to get the correct key. The apartment was not clean at all, there were marijuana seeds in our kitchen drawer! The tile had black tar everywhere. The front doors paint was pealed off badly. They promised to paint it, and they did after 3 months after they gave us several notices on our door and I had to stay home each time. The parking lot is a nightmare with no visible lines, so everyone parks where they want. The weekends are nothing but breaking bottles and parties. Don't move here if you have a nice car! There is gravel everywhere, and the landscapers use a leaf blower and they don't care if your car is there or not they just blow it all over your vehicle. We have had a leak in our basement since we moved in and they told us it was unpreventable. We had a bat in our basement because of the huge holes everywhere, and of course they told us 2 months ago they were going to come and fill them. This place is ran by slumlords, and they don't care how you live as long as they get their rent. I pay on time every month and I have honored my part, but they refuse to honor theirs! Our water bill ranges from $90-$125 for 3 adults, our electric bill was $300 last month because our thermostat was broken and the air had to be manually turned on and off. If you want to spend over a grand to live in this disaster, by all means go for it. But I'm going to a good neighborhood, and spend my money on a place where they care about their tenants, and their apartments!

A few things about this place is there is a good management people here that are helpful. Location is good in that there is a highway nearby that makes it easy for getting places. The apartment complex looks nice and it is kept fairly clean.

Apartment here has friendly staff and management, super nice people. The apartment is clean and has the basics. The onebedroom apartment we have is pretty large. Appliances are a bit older and the plumbing is not strong. I have not had any issues here though and hope to keep it that way.
