Looking to sublet my beautiful yet simple apartment from September 2014 to September 2015. It is located at the harbourfront community of Bathurst and Queens Quay. It is a great neighbourhood for joggers and individuals who enjoy the outdoors. I will be relocating for 1 year and am I am looking to sublet my unit to professionals, a single person (preferably people), clean, quiet and responsible.

Unit details:

unfurnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen and living room with controlled A/C & heating system.

Storage room not included (my belongings will be held there)

Laundry facility (open 8am-9pm daily)

Parking extra ($75)

$950.00 per month, utilities not included.

Sublet agreement; credit check or current employment letter; landlord referance and first and last months rent to be paid prior to move-in date.
