Disapointed in the fact that my a/c had a leak and got a huge part of my wall wet, it stopped working on top of that, i fixed the a/c myself, and a week later after i harrased the office on many occasions to fix leak and replace the wet sheetrock before black mold begins to form.. they leave a document saying they entered with a/c repair man.. well the a/c doesnt seem to be leaking, but the wet soon to be molded sheetrock is still there.. and then i go to get my mailbox key from office because some strange reason they did not supply me with one upon move in?! And the office makes that out to be a more difficult ordeal than it really has to be... but even worse, i go to get my mail, and my mailbox is wide open w/ a key stuck & broke off in it with absolutely no mail inside.. wow, the manager tells me to check with office for mail until the resolve the matter, so i go to office and a different guy says, "oh they wont bring mail to office, i went two months with no mail one time bro, same thing happened to me." The office and management around here sucks and there so incompatent and careless its mind boggling...

Horrible!!!! U can't even put in a complaint because even the managers here are freaking LAZY!!!!!!!!!! They never answer the phone!!!
