To save money, the owner has moved used appliances (washers & dryers) from unit to unit instead of getting new ones and it costs more in electricity to operate the old appliances. The utility costs added to the rent are much too high. The owner is such a stingy jerk that he won't replace old damaged fitness equipment and has ordered his employees around to assist him with spotting and returning weights while he is working out. The pool is left to look like a scum pond most of the year. The rent increased every year, but the value decreased. There were insect infestations and the sounds of rodents within the walls. So many layers on paint were applied on the doors, it was difficult and almost impossible to open and close some of them. Bathroom fan was very old and noisy. It took a long time for management to have snow removed and it was not done in a way that allowed for sufficient parking. The letters sent from management were rude and the renewal policy was changed to require a non-refundable premium for a $1,500 bond on some apartments in lieu of a security deposit. The owner claims that it was due to increased operating expenses, however, he seems to have made an enormous and ever increasing fortune from his real estate investments. Don't waste your money. There are much better apartments at better prices in the area.

I have not lived here six months and it is TRULY BY FAR THE WORSE place I have ever lived, mice, centipedes, gnats, cabinets reek with mice urine, periodically no heat cold air come through the vents, appliances does not work properly and the people working in the office is NASTY toward renters. WARNING: This is not a place you want to live, serious continue to search until you find a decent place to reside. I pray daily that come spring or summer I will find a humane place to live with kind people in the rental office.

Moving here from Baltimore City (Federal Hill and Canton) has been great! I now have so much closet space than I have ever had before in my life! My apt- a 2 bedroom and den is huge! 1400 square feet! There is always parking which is not the case in the city! And for the amount of space I have and what I pay, I am very happy to be a resident here. The leasing staff is friendly, and they have monthly events for the residents which really makes me feel welcomed in this area since I am new. When needing a maintenance request, they are prompt. My water and electric bill are very low. I don't have any complaints. If there was anything negative to say I would comment that my apartment has outdated cabinets. I'm ok with it as I don't own this apartment. It meets my needs. My city friends came to visit and they were impressed with the size of the apartment and how I have so much space. I can get Verizon FiOS here, too. The pool is huge and was so refreshing this past summer. Overall, a great place to call home.

I have lived in 3 other apartment complexes and have never been unhappy, UNTIL I moved here. Maybe because this is a smaller operation as opposed to a large company that owns multiple apartments and knows how to take care of customers/tenants. I don't' know. What I do know is that: Maintenance is very slow. makes promises then breaks them. Office is nice, but does not really help in bridging the communication between maintenance and tenants. Rent continues to climb every year. Water is sometimes cold. Most of the times this happens in the winter. Taking cold showers in the winter is not fun. There were numerous times I actually showered at the gym to avoid the tepid water. My guess is any 5 stars you see, is staff. I don't want to be completely negative, so on an upside, due to the sound construction, of the apartments are fairly quiet and some of the employees are quite friendly. To end this, I am being completely honest, I can't wait to move. I would rather pay more rent somewhere else and have better service than spend another year hear.

Let's start by noting the only 5 stars have no comment or name, hmmmm. That is the kind of management company this is so BEWARE!!!! I am not a complainer and never ended a lease and owed money or had any issues at any apartment (out of 4 different complexs in Baltimore County) Don't be fooled by the leasing staff here. They are amazing throughout your entire residency however the upper management could care less about residents and do not let the leasing staff take care of current residents. It's a get you through the door situation then hell situation. Susan is the most ignorant lady you'd ever speak to and the upper management staff are so unprofessional, unorganized, liars, and play games. If you don't mind the crime due to lack of lighting that will never be fixed (I placed over 10 requests in 2 years so good luck), mice, bugs galore, chipping paint, and broken everything that they will charge you for upon move out I'd avoid this place. I have loved every apartment I lived in including here until my health declined and they were so unaccomodating and then upon moving out completely failed to follow through with their responsibilities or act in a professional manner. MOVE HERE IF YOU ENJOY BEING TREATED LIKE GARBAGE AND OVERPAYING FOR APARTMENTS YOU CAN GET RIGHT UP THE STREET WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Stick to reputable companies because if you need to handle anything professionally and properly, you won't be able to with this management team.
