I currently have a property for lease and the applicants are attempting to move from this complex. I've tried to contact the leasing office to check the applicants previous rental history, and have faxed in the written request for a rental verification. Over the last week i have been met by the extremely rude responses of the personel in the leasing office, in addition to not providing the documentation I've requested, i have to be verbally attacked by the completely unprofessional representatives when i call to check the status of my request. My experience make me question the comptency of the property owners who would even have these people in place as staff.

They don't do a background check on the residents (even though you pay for an application fee). As of 11/01/2015 they are 2 register sex offenders living in the complex. 9000 FONDREN RD APT C112 HOUSTON TX 77074 and 8800 FONDREN RD APT 255 HOUSTON TX 77074. If you have children or you are a single lady I'd avoid living here.

There is no Visitors parking. Only by permit. This is ridiculous.

This is bullshit !!! there's never parking available, they steal parts to trucks, the laundries are disgusting when they work, it is very insecure, I personally do not like !!!

I discovered bed bugs in my apartment May 27 when my 3 year old and I woke up covered in bites, 3 weeks after a new resident moved in upstairs from my unit. I informed the apartments immediately but was not given a resolution date for any treatment. May 28 I took my son to the doctor who said we need to leave the apartment and throw away as many of our possessions as possible. I went to the office that day with the doctor's note. Management said this is not a valid reason to break the lease and offered me no alternate temporary solution other than live in the apartment with the bugs until the pest control company scheduled a treatment date. I took my 8 month old daughter to the doctor June 3rd and her doctor also advised to get out as soon as the treatment is done because the bugs will continue to return once they are in an apartment building, especially if the other surrounding units do nothing. Thermapure performed heat treatment June 6th and I moved all of our things out that night. I returned to the apartment June 9th to find the front door had been kicked open. I filed an online police report with Houston Police Department June 12 I talked to management again and was told having the door kicked in is also not a valid reason to break the lease as any person runs the same risk in any apartment in the city of Houston. In my 8 years of rental history I have never had to deal with these health & safety issues before, and I do not appreciate the complex expecting me (a single mother) to live with my 2 small children in an apartment unit that is unsafe and infested with bugs. I have submitted complaints with HAA and BBB.
