I lived in this apartment complex for a year (getting ready to move out to move to a different State) and I had a positive experience the whole time I lived here. At the time I moved in they were offering a lot of really good specials on apartments and I got a 3 bedroom for the price you would typically pay for a 2 bedroom. The apartments are very spacious and have a nice layout. I believe they have been doing upgrades in all of the apartments over the last couple of years as well. I saw in the other reviews where some people have had problems with maintenance, but I have never had an issue. I have had three separate problems that required maintenance to come in (washing machine, garbage disposal, and sink facet replacement) and all the problems were addressed in a very timely manner. I think I was told by the front desk staff that they recently changed maintenance contractors, so perhaps their previous ones just weren't very good. The front office has always been very helpful and courteous if I had a question or an issue. The complex management actually worked with me about breaking my lease after I renewed and then found out I needed to move for a job. I know others have mentioned having stuff stolen. I will say I lived in a ground floor apartment and thankfully never had anything taken off my patio. I have heard of a car break in once in the year I lived here, although I think in that case the car was unlocked, but I also think that really is the kind of problem you could run into wherever you live. Overall living in this complex was one of the better apartment experiences I have had, so I would recommend this complex to others.

The quality of the apartments is good for the price, many of the apartments in the area are very small and/or much more expensive. Neighbors are loud and during the fall when I had my windows open you could hear people blasting music in their cars in the wee hours of the morning. There is not real sense of community, which isn't a big deal, but some other tenets seem rude. The staff and management are very friendly and seem to do whatever they can to meet my needs. It's an ok place, but things could be better.

Please beware. I toured these apartments on Saturday and then went back Sunday to sign my lease. I chose the apartment that I wanted , signed my lease for a move in for October. Came back to my current apartment complex and turned in my written notice as to when I would be leaving. Monday afternoon I received a call that the current tenant in the apartment that I have a signed lease on has decided not to leave and would not be vacating the apartment. They tried to persuade me to take the other apartment that would be available in October. If I had of wanted that apartment, I would have signed the contract for that one on Sunday. I was told I would receive a call back in a few minutes. No call. I called after hours and sent an email stating I would come pick up my check that I had written on Sunday. I felt like it was very rude that I did not receive a call back. Tuesday morning I checked my account and found out my check was cashed on Monday morning. I also verified the time with my bank. I received a call later that morning stating that the person has refused to move out and they were very sorry there was nothing they could do. I advised her that I would be by to pick up my money on my lunch time. Was told that the refund has to come from corporate and can take several weeks. I contacted the property management company and left a message. An hour later, the manager at Bridges called and left me message stating that she was very sorry for what had happened, but it would not be good for any of us if they tried eviction on the apartment. Not one time was anything offered other than the apartment I did not want. There was a bigger apartment going to be available at the same time as this one. You would think they would have tried to offer me some compromise on that one. We could have met in the middle on the rent. But no, nothing. After that I received a call from someone with the management company, basically just saying the same thing, I'm sorry for the mix-up and we will try to expedite your refund but could not give a time frame. I called my current apartment complex back to extend my lease, and now my apartment has been rented. Thanks!!! I have a signed lease for an apartment that I can no longer get because of this, you have my money and my apartment has been rented. I have 3 weeks to find an apartment to rent, I work five days a week and can only look on the weekends. I have searched for the right apartment for 3 months.

Great complex with a very nice nature trail, large apartments, and such a friendly, accommodating staff. No issues experienced, very happy overall!

This is the 3rd apt complex I've lived in since moving to NC 4 years ago. By far, this is the best layout, best use of space, prettiest area, and quietest apartment I've lived in. I've had experience with my AC not working... it was taken care of and fixed in a timely manner. When something breaks you want it fixed yesterday; while that can't happen, again, it was in a decent time frame. I can say the same thing with the other random issues that have happened in the place I call home. I have the comparison experience of owning my home and now renting, each have their pluses and minuses, but I can look anyone in the eye and say the staff cares about their own work and cares about making life a positive experience while here. I have a unique perspective as I also work here. I was told not to live in the place where I work because people would be knocking on my door trying to give maintenance orders at dinner time. It's not been true; the clientel here have been friendly and respectful. The apartment is not a benefit of my being employed. I made this choice of where to call home and have not had a moment of regret. This beautiful location is the place where this wonderful apartment community was built before Brier Creek and the area had it's big expansion boom. It was a smart choice and has been an awesome place to live and celebrate all the surrounding cities have to offer.
