I am so sad to be moving out of here! I have really enjoyed my stay. The staff is always friendly, work orders are always completed in a timely matter. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly with access to the beltline. Its close to the city but tucked away in its own safe little area. The pool is great and the parking is safe. The only problems I've had are that people tend to leave the gate open often and I understand when its move in day but it happens quite a bit. Also there have been multiple occasions where dog poop or pee is left in the hallway. I assume its a dog the couldnt make it to the dog park in time but its happened at least 3 or 4 times :/

For the past year another apartment complex has been under construction behind this complex. Be prepared to wake up at 7am to beeping, slamming, pounding, construction outside your window. They say they will be done by December 2015. For us that live here it has been hell for over a year. Management will not discount rent, they in fact increased it during construction time. If you like quiet, this is not the place for you. Also, a technology package is included in your rent, you pay for Comcast if you want it or not.

I love living here! I moved in about 6 months ago as a sublet and recently decided to sign a 15 month lease. It's quiet, clean and and close to many things. I haven't had many issues and anything that needed attention was taken care of within 24 hours, usually sooner. The on-site management is friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend it.

Definitely the best complex I've lived in Atlanta. I've been here for 2+ years. The staff genuinely cares. From the manager to the maintenance staff, every interaction I have with them is awesome. Maintenance requests are handled within hours, and always handled to my satisfaction. They'll fix anything from plumbing issues to hard to change light bulbs. The staff makes sure there are always interesting things going on like Food Trucks, Yoga nights, and Pet Adoptions. The neighborhood is awesome. It's safe, only a few car break-ins, usually outside the gates. No home break-ins since I've lived there. Which is really saying something for Atlanta. It's walking distance to the Beltline, and a bunch of restaurants and a few bars.

I have lived here a little over two years and I have loved everything about it. The location is great - super close to city life but tucked away in a neighborhood setting; walking trails and wooded areas with a creek are just behind the complex. It's truly the best of both worlds if you're looking for a quiet setting in the middle of it all in Atlanta. The staff is friendly, professional, accommodating and service requests are taken care of immediately. I have had zero issues living here.
