Fantastic all around. I have lived there for 5 months and love it. Maintenance staff is friendly and quick to respond. Office staff are always smiling and even know me by name. I love living right across the street from Cimarron Park. The dog loves it too. I have an attached garage, washer and dryer included. i have lived in a house for the last 30 years and was hesitant to move into an apartment but I'm so glad I did. Love having no yard work! Thank you Camden Cimarron - it was a great move for me to make.

I have lived at Camden Cimarron for about 15 months and it's been a great experience. My apartment is upgraded, I have a garage attached to my home and there's really nothing much to complain about. When dealing with the office I'm always greeted with smiles and personal attention...when maintenance has come to help me in my apartment they're always open to going above and beyond to help me with extra little stuff (moving my shower curtain rod higher, changing the air filter, etc). I feel comfortable in my apartment and get a lot of compliments from friends on the community and location. The exterior was recently painted and it looks very different...but awesome. My only fuss, ever, was recently when they're doing concrete work in the parking lot...one of the repairs was in front of my garage and I couldn't park in there for 2 days...but now it's all good. Who can really complain when someone is working to make things better? Honestly, this community is well managed, takes care of it's people and is responsive to all feedback. The only thing I regret is not getting out to the pool more often this summer. Otherwise, I look forward to renewing my lease when it comes up again.

Extremely unprofessional management that feel if you have an issue with anything they must be incredibly rude, argumentative and in some cases, blatantly lie to cover their nonperformance of duties. Maintenance comes quick enough but many times have to return to fix minor issues. Management has even hired illegal alien contractors to perform work at the apartment community completely unsupervised by the office team. Amenities are nice when they are operational but they are not high on management's list of items requiring their attention. The front office has an extremely high turnover rate so it's unlikely you'll see the same person more than a month, with the exception of the manager and assistant manager. I would NOT recommend anyone seeking the Camden experience to live here.
