We have been here a year and can not WAIT to get out. We had lots of parking issues since there are garages and trailer parking next to our building which meant people from the building next to us would park in our limited amount of spots. For people who work later than 5pm and don't work 5 minutes away (which I assume is most everyone in the US at this point), it was hard to find a spot in the lot after about 8pm. The walls above, below, and all around are incredibly thin. You can hear people walking through the breezeways and it sounds like stomping, you can hear doors opening and closing, you can hear the music from the people below you and the stomping children above you. Part of this could have been bad neighbors, but it was very loud. These units seem to not be maintained well. Our unit was an "unupgraded" unit in which the carpet still smells like smoke from previous tenants. We had an issue during the spring where the water heater in the unit above us broke and flooded the second bedroom's closet. The light was never repaired properly and didn't work. Then, about 6 months later, the unit above us had either an overflowing toilet or a burst pipe, but it came through our ceiling in the bathroom and kitchen. They called during the day on a Wednesday and when we arrived at the apartment that night, they had pulled up two of the corners of the carpet outside the bathroom and put a fan under it to dry it out. When we got home the next day, they hadn't even come back to the apartment! They left our trashcan in the middle of the kitchen since they were using it to catch water, left ceiling paint chipped on the floor and still hanging from the ceiling, and left the fan running all day. They didn't even leave a courtesy note about when they would be fixing it. The last reason that we decided not to renew our lease was because they upped our rent by over $200 a month so they could upgrade the unit. Something to look out for if you select a non-upgraded unit. With how many options for apartments there are in the Fair Lakes area, I wouldn't recommend this complex.

I would avoid top floor since AC will not keep up in the summer! The units are old and needing replacing. We bought a ceiling fan which they gladly installed for the living room. No ceiling fans in the bedrooms in a negative! Lots of walking trails which is a plus. Trash at the entrance is an eyesore. Other than that, it was ok.

Quiet neighborhood. Close to lots of different shopping areas and places like DC. Staff is attentive and quick to act on any issues that might arise.

overpriced.. and when I say overpriced, I MEAN overpriced. easily 400-500.00 over market value per month. The apartments are shiny and new on the surface but rotten underneath. Avoid this place like the plague.

It was alright. Parking sucked, but the service was good when I was there.
