I am not sure why Camden Legacy has received such bad remarks. I can only speak for myself and my experience at this complex has been fantastic. The office staff made my move in experience great and extremely stress free. Maintenance has been awesome with fixing what needed to be done. Overall I am so happy here not to mention the great location so close to everything. Oh ya they even have a great dog park for my dogs to play in, love it! Thank you Legacy

I toured this community as well as about 6 others and found the customer service that I received her was exceptional. I was looking for an apartment for my mother and this location is perfect for her. The amenities are great and I love the attached garage. I would recommend this place to anyone looking in the North Scottsdale area

I just moved in at the beginning of the month. As I read the reviews...I have to say that they are tough to decipher the good from the bad. So I only can speak on my experience and say that Lauren was the best! She did everything possible to make it happen for me and my niece. She was and has been very helpful. I was not thrilled about moving back into an "apartment" complex but feel okay after moving into our 3 bedroom. It's spacious and comfortable. If I had to say there was a downfall...it would be the traffic on 90th Street during the day. So if you need a nap...go to back room! :) Thanks Camden ladies and staff!

We've been living here since July 2014 & absolutely love it! It is a beautifully landscaped & well maintained gated complex. Although we do enjoy hiking, shopping & all the other things there are to enjoy here in sunny Scottsdale; we're really kind of home-bodies, so the inside of our apartment is what matters most to us & ours is gorgeous. The whole apartment is laid out very well. Ours is the B3 floor plan. It is a great open floor plan with a kitchen bar that over-looks the living room. The walls have bull-nose edges, there's crown molding & warm beige paint color, as well as a beautiful built in bookshelf which I think adds a lot of character to the space. The kitchen is updated with black & stainless appliances. There is a large island & tons of storage...the only thing I would wish for is that they had put in granite counter tops. But they are a nice granite look-alike solid surface so they are still attractive & easy to clean. There's also a good size laundry room off of the kitchen. The bedrooms & bathrooms are spacious & there is plenty of closet & storage space. There are also lots of windows so it is very light & bright :) I have seen some of the negative reviews about this place & I don't understand how they could be having such a completely different experience than we are having. They ladies in the office are so sweet. They are always smiling & friendly & are very very professional. There are a lot of units in this complex so they are very busy, I'm sure. Yet they always make me feel like I'm the only resident in this place. They really are awesome in my experience, so like I said I have no idea how other people are having any kind of bad experience with them at all! The maintenance is really well staffed as well. I have put in a few service requests & barely had time to get out of my jammies before there was a knock at the door. I mean every time...like 15 min. & they are here to fix it! We did a lot of shopping around before we saw this place & we knew immediately that we would enjoy making this our home & are very happy we did just that :)

I've only been here for about two months, but I am extremely happy with the service here. The maintenance crew is awesome and have gone above and beyond to help me with whatever I've needed, even on the day before Christmas! I Just went from owning and living in a house in Gainey Ranch for over 10 years back to renting and living in an apartment again and I'm very happy with this community :)
