Freedom! After 25+ years of home ownership, my wife and I are renters at Camden Paces. Best decision we've ever made. It's like living in a luxury condo without having to buy it. Amenities are second to none and the staff is awesome. They take care of everything. If you're tired of the hassles that go with home ownership, this is the place to be. Couldn't ask for a better location. So much within walking distance.
As a current resident living here at Camden Paces- I have to say this is by far the BEST PLACE IN THE CITY to be living. You have access to everything all around you within walking distance or a short UBER ride (ie. Piedmont Hospital, Transportation, restaurants, theatre, The High Museum, Fox Theatre,parks, the Beltline, high end grocery stores, Farmers Market and so on). Fan of the Peachtree Road race? Well you'll have the perfect sideline spot. I have lived in a Camden Community here going on 8 years now. Every time I think there might be something better- the price for the higher end quality furnishings and amenities here at Camden Paces wins EVERY time. The staff here is kind, attentive and really DOES care about its residents. There are several resident functions provided for our community (wine down wednesdays, upscale functions, catered brunch by a french chef, fun stuff for our fur kids too). A little side note here- I love that I can just go downstairs to the office to grab a cup of coffee and let my dog run like the crazy pup she is in any one of the 3 onsite dog parks AND DOG SPA!. Sit outside by the fire pit, boccie ball, enjoy outdoor covered cabana style seating by the salt water pools, oh and let's not forget about the social rooms, conference rooms, business center with both PC & MAC computers, billiards, gym with yoga room and spin cycles with on demand classes on the big screen. Did i mention they also have massage therapy? This place ROCKS!!!!! I will say that for the amount of years I have been living on a Camden Property and currently here at Paces---- I have seen staff come and go and managers as well. They all have been with Camden for several years and the current Manager here at Paces, Nikki Copeland by far is the BEST and is super fantastic!!!! She will do whatever she can in her power to make you feel safe, comfortable, and wanting you to feel Camden Paces is a place for you to call home. You'll notice around here that there are many residents not just myself who have lived here since day one of being built and plan to continue long there after. So you really get to know your neighbors and create & build wonderful friendships along the way. Also, It's not just the lovely grand gestures and events Camden always provides to us, but it's all those little touches that most places tend to forget about. We moved to Atlanta from California which being born and raised there it was very difficult. We looked at A LOT of apartments but when we went through the gates at Camden Paces, toured the apartments and facilites we knew this is where we wanted to be and it has made the move so much easier! We LOVE it here. It's in Buckhead with access to shopping, great restaurants and bars but when you go thru the gates at Camden Paces it's peaceful and quite, you would never know you are just steps from the city. Our apartment is beautiful with great kitchen, high ceiling and soft colors. The facilities are beautiful. The fitness centers have top of the line equipment. I'm in there almost everyday and very seldom more than 2-3 people. The staff is incredible to work with, very professional and super friendly. I've ask for a few things to be fixed and they have been very responsive and the maintenance crew is polite and courteous. I can't say enough about this how great it is living in this community!
I have lived here for 16 months now and recently the management has changed as well as the renters. Our walls and floors are paper thin and there is no considerations for the neighbors below you. I won't be staying and I wouldn't recommend Paces to anyone. Such a shame it WAS originally such a nice place.
Great place to live! Location, location, location! Good size apartments with high ceilings, clean and new. I live poolside and have a great view of the pool, dog park and classic architecture of the neighboring towers. The club rooms, amenities and the residents and staff make this a great place to live.
