Everyone that works there is very nice with the exception of one employee whom I will leave nameless and just say she is not very polite or helpful. The property is very nice and well-kept… But that's not my issue; the problem is communication or the lack thereof. I can't tell you how many times emails have gone unreplied, voicemail messages not returned, face-to-face conversations that are never followed up on and messages physically left on a desk discarded. This lack of communication is nothing short of poor property management and the following example clearly demonstrates that. To make a long story short, there was a miscommunication between the property manager who happened to leave on vacation and the assistant manager concerning my second car and two flat tires that had been flattened by what appeared to be cuts in the sidewall; this not only happened once but twice. The first time they were immediately repaired, the second time occurring about a month later during the heavy rain we had in May 2015. After a few rainday delays both tires were once again replaced and management was notifed via email and in person. The problem was the interim manager thought I had to move my car though she was copied on the correspondence concerning flat tires and copied on the email when they were repaired. Instead of calling me or replying to the email chain she was copied on or knocking on my door, she took the initiative to have the car towed thinking I had to have it moved which makes no sense since it had been parked in the same spot for the previous year, day after day. And in fact no one tried to back step fault or point blame anywhere else they fully acknowledged fault... so one would think they would take the initiative to get the car returned right? NO ! THIS NEVER HAPPENED. Instead any questions went unanswered and promises to get back with me never happened. I believe what happened to my car was mischief; but the fact is it did happen and it happened twice and it's something to consider if safety is a factor; especially in light of another incident that occurred just outside my balcony. One evening 3 people got into an argument which resulted in two of the people being shot, isolated event or a matter of concern... that is up to you. I know other people have posted negative reviews concerning this property and you would think they would do their best to resolve problems but instead on two occasions I was asked by “STAFF” to post positive reviews on social media sites because they have had a recent wave of negative reviews. Correct me if I'm wrong but the way to fix negative reviews is to figure out what you're doing wrong and apparently I'm not the only one talking, they're just not listening. What happened to me will probably never happen to you or most people but the fact remains at one point in time it was a small problem that could've easily been fixed and it wasn't; this is something you may want to consider. There are a lot of properties in the area and you may want to take your time to read the reviews and do a little due diligence before making a big decision about where you want to live.

My opinion is that they have been nothing but excellent! Staff is excellent! They are busy yes, but aren't we all! Everywhere I go in DFW is a wait... These are worth waiting for these very nice staff members who work their behinds off for us! I see how hard they work and this pllace is worth coming home to!

I stopped by this place to enquire about leasing an apartment.I have to say that this is the longest time I've ever been in a leasing office. One of the staff promised that someone would be with me shortly but that someone was a question until the end.She was helping another tenant.I was waiting for about 20 minutes.Another lady who did a tour of the apartments walked into the office but never cared to greet me.I'm generally very patient but I lost my patience the other day and left the office deciding not to proceed anymore.None of the staff cared about this.Do you think you would get more tenants by treating new people like this?PLEASE LEARN SOME COURTESY.IF THIS WOULD CONTINUE NOBODY WOULD WANT TO LIVE HERE!

Where is the property Manager he is never in the office for questions about my rent? The assistant manager is great and very helpful. Taylor only speaks to me when she wants to but will push you out the way if a new face walks in the door. I do miss the old staff they were really friendly but it looks like they got rid of all the one's who actually help. My rent is close to 2,000 so when I give a service request to Taylor I expect her to submit it.....I WAS WRONG.. Terrawood here I come. This place is going down hill
