Do not rent here!!!! They have implemented a policy wherein you cannot have ANYTHING on your porch, patio or deck. Not a chair, not a flower, nothing! To make matters worse they removed the lattice that used to make the patios semi private. Now you get to stare at your neighbors dining and they you. It's not a happy place to live. I have lived here for many years, made the mistake of buying a unit when they were making them into condos. Stuck here, but you don't have to be! They just removed my front doormat! Are you kidding me? I don't have the right to wipe my feet anymore. God Bless America!
New owners and we finally got an Apartment Manger! They are actually friendly, helpful, and care about you. I have been here 3 years and have been asking for a simple repair to be done since shortly after I moved in. The previous owners said they would do it and then never did. The new Manager made sure it would get done! Can't wait to see how they change this place!
If I could rate this place any lower, I absolutely would. WARNING: Do NOT rent here. We are going on 2 months without hot water after our several requests have been ignored. The management is never in the office and they ignore phone calls and emails. The apartments are crap holes and are poorly built. Our closet doors weren't even latched on, the cupboards will literally fall off and now we aren't allowed to have ANYTHING on our porches?! Stay far far away from here. There are way nicer and less expensive places to rent. Don't make the same mistake we did!!
they never answer calls or email, iv had maintenance walk in while sleeping (work grave) and told them many times to call before entering. iv had nothing but issues with things working right. anyone that had things taken when the people came through you can take them to small claims court or call police its considered theft. DO NOT RENT from here i can't wait to move
Customer service is horrible. They ignore emails and phone calls. Their maintenance is even worse. I had my sink backed up for over a month and they did not respond to my many requests. Also they have a new policy that doesn't allow you to have anything on you patio area. Nothing, no plants, no patio furniture, no grills. NOTHING! If there is anything left on the patio they confiscate it and will not return it. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!
