This place is absolutely disgusting. I have lived here for awhile now and am counting down the days until I move out. My Apartment has been infested with roaches for 5 months. I requested an exterminator at least 5 times and only saw them come spray once. Not only that but the office didn't seem too concerned with the fact we were living with these disgusting creatures. Never followed up after the exterminator came to see if it was still a problem (which It still is). To my knowledge the entire building has roaches and it isn't a problem that's going away anytime soon despite what the office continues to tell us. The office supervisors don't seem to care about their residences personal safety even knowing that cockroaches carry diseases. DO NOT LIVE HERE. YOU WILL REGRET SIGNING A LEASE HERE!

I lived here for two years with a few different roommates. One of which I roomed with both years. He will agree with my follow reviews and comments, I am sure. We had a roommate get forced to move out our first year at Campus Court and were left with an open room for a couple months. Then Campus Court put (back to back) two horrible guys in to room with us, without even having us meet either new person. The first guy did not pay his bills and randomly moved out one month. The other guy was on drugs and ended up robbing us both, taking almost all of our valuables. The management staff never apologized nor took responsibility for what happened, seeing as how they put the guy in our apartment without evening consulting us. We got to move into a new unit early to evade the first apartment, but the new apartment was no luxury either. Anyone who lives here would agree that you overpay for the apartments you get. Oh, not to mention you have to pay for the last month you "live" there, even though your lease expires in the middle of the month. When you move out, MAKE SURE you get written legal documentation of a walk through with a leasing agent proving that the apartment is clean and free of damages, otherwise you will be billed $100 for "minor cleaning and repairs." When you try to contact them about the fees to discuss them like adults, the management will dodge your attempts at contact and them randomly send the fees to collections. Yes, I'm serious. I ONLY lived here because it was on a bus route to campus and my other roommates and I were very limited on our options. I do not recommend living here. Take my and the other negative comments' advice, live somewhere else or in a privately owned apartment/house off campus.

Terrible place to rent. The apartment was damaged when we moved in, and they never fixed any of it. The rent is ridiculous for what you get. The staff, aside from a few of the maintenance men, is worthless. They will bill you for charges that were never implemented, and then dodge you every time you call or email them. For instance, I came home the day I was set to move out and they had removed the remainder of my belongings, and were already making upgrades to the apartment, well before my check out time. When I asked what was going on, they told me that the manager informed them I had already moved out. They then had the audacity to send me and my roommates final bills of $100 for "cleaning" charges, when I wasn't even given the proper time to clean. Never rent from them, they will rob you blind!

I spent a year there. I was paying for furniture which partly came in 4 months later! Fixing things around take like hell and MOST IMPORTANTLY I had to pay for a deposit to reserve the apartment which should be refunded back to me in 30 days after I've moved... GUESS what still not refunded yet. BUT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU IN YOU MOVE OUT EARLIER, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU IF YOU'RE LATE WITH YOUR RENT... I always paid my rent on time but tried to explain to them that I was buying a house and had to move out earlier.. They said you're paying for the whole lease; if not we sue you... So where is my refund.. of course you guys dont give a damn if you're late or not paying...

I have been a resident at campus court for two years now. Most of my time has been alright, however, there were quite a few problems that occurred while i have been staying here. First, they do not care about their resident. If you have an empty room, they will assign the most random roommate possible and not take your safety into measures. I have been assigned a foreigner who left us with multiple outrageous electric bills, and a drug addict that robbed my roommate and I blind while we were at work. They do not care about your safety whatsoever. Secondly, you pay for an internet service that is absolutely terrible. I just not had to ride over to campus to schedule my classes because our internet has been down for over 12 hours and they say they are trying to "fix it" but there are no resolutions being made. They company that is in-charge of the internet, Korcett, is completely rude and will always tell you to just deal with it until it is fixed. I have enjoyed my time every now and then, but the negatives of this place has turned me away so far to the point that I resorted to living back on campus next year. The rooms are over priced for what they are, and they lie about the size of the room in their floor plans.
