This complex is pleasing to the eye and somewhat affordable, considering tenants pay their own water bill. It's across the street from a shopping center, bus stops, and walking distance to UC Riverside. I love that they had laundry inside the apartment. Gym and pools on site, just DON'T use the jacuzzi, trust me. The security/safety isn't that great, but they try. I always notice creeps walking around at night. The maintenance lags a bit. We asked for window screens back in August (because there were none when we moved in) and it's March now, still no screens. Also, after having an on-going dispute with a neighbor, who eventually moved out, the management demanded us to pay for the tenant's moving expenses and the managements "profit losses", which we did not do. Oh yeah, they also wrote us up for being "too loud" on a Saturday night at 7:30pm, so no parties aloud.
