I have been trying to rent a place here for the last year as they're photos and floors plans are wonderful! however! after numerous calls/ messages/ emails and attempted visits (always closed) I have never heard back from them! this does not sit well with me, if this is what they do to potential residents i could only imagine how they treat they're actual residents! horrible

I had a good experience here. Grounds were always clean and up kept. Maintenance orders completed within a day it two. It is an older property so the water is kind of unpredictable. The one thing that bothered me was I tried getting a closer spot to my apt and they said they would and never did.
