My advise, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. I have a list of grievances and complaints about this apartment complex and it is my goal to make you understand, so that you do not make the same mistake I did. First off, the unit that is used as an example for the living conditions when you tour, is nothing like the unit you receive. It is bigger, has upgraded floors, and nicer appliances. Where to start, I guess day one is as good as any. When we first moved in, we did not have a washer or dryer in our unit. We were assured that the unit was move in ready, but it took roughly a week before maintenance installed our washer and dryer. They have a program called "Valet trash" that seems great, they will take the trash to the dumpster for you. It is not free, you pay for it every month and have no option in this matter. What it ends up causing is you and your neighbors leave trash outside your door, hoping that they pick it up. It is quite unsightly to be honest... If the smell of other peoples trash doesn't convince you, maybe the copious amount of dog poo in the grass areas will. Good luck trying to throw a football around, you will end up with dog crap on your shoes. Now the best part, the roaches. Yes Ladies and Gents roaches in our oven and infested our kitchen. No...we are not messy, we moved in with them they where here first. It now makes sense why there was no washer or dryer when we first moved in. We made a service request and the pest company came out 3 days later. You would think that they would spray and kill the bugs on contact and create a barrier of death. No, what they did was better, they baited so they could live longer and slowly die at their own pace and continue to eat my food. I ended up supplementing the exterminators efforts by going to Target and buying bug spray with my own money. A few months back my credit card was stolen, unfortunately my renters insurance was also connected to this card. Due to my own oversight renter insurance lapsed because I canceled the card it was debiting. The front office sent me an e-mail notifying me that insurance had lapsed but then threatened to charge us $75 dollars a month until insurance was reinstated. I understand this, I work in insurance this is not uncommon for a company to do in order encourage compliance. The declaration of benefits was due in the office by the 1st, I signed up for insurance on the 30th. I was compliant with their demands, unfortunately, due to a bad turn of evens the confirmation email sent from Geico to the office was "never received". It is funny and very convenient for them the more I think about it. They received the original cancellation notice from my insurance agency but did not receive the reinstatement notice...funny, now they can charge me 75 dollars. Fortunately, I did receive a copy of the DEC page. I went to the office to have my fees waived, I had proof of compliance and Geico had records of emailing the office. Here is where this company truly shines through and shows their real colors. I spoke to the front office manager, her name is Cathy, she is condescending, rude, and unprofessional. My complaints and pleas fell on deff ears. Cathy "has been in this business for 25 years and that is not how it works". She also "knows what an executive decision is but she is unable to make that call". FINE... I decided to call the district manager, her name is Telisia. She was nice enough to inform me that "I am traveling" and that she was "really going out of her way to make contact with me". Well Telisia allow me to publicly apologize, I am sorry that my MIDWEEK legitimate concern with your business was so troubling for you. As you can gather Telisia was not very good with her customer service and went as far to insinuate that I was lying about the matter. She has no interest in the fact that I had the required information PRIOR to the deadline and that Geico had sent them the required material. Save yourself, learn from my experience: live ANYWHERE else. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND WILL BLEED YOU FOR MONEY....but that is just my opinion.

When in the move in date the apartment wasn't ready and I paid $700 to the movers for their waiting time as the management promised me, but day didn't pay anything. The maintenance is really slow. Rude management.

The manager does a great job at making sure her staff delivers the best customer service... all the way from the maintenance staff to her office staff. She has totally remodeled everything for better since the new company took over. The pool looks great and so does the whole property. I am happy to live here! We appreciate all you and your staff does.
