DON'T let the name fool you! You will not feel like a "Champion" after you move in. You may want to think twice about staying here. The exterior is kept up, but THAT'S IT Pro's: beautiful neighborhood, low crime rate, outdoor pool, 24/7 workout center, friendly (neighbors) environment, washer and dryer, close to short pump shopping and restaurants. CONS!!: MOLD MOLD MOLD!! The maintenance of the inside of the apartments is terrible. Appliances and cabinets are very old. Lots of water leaks. Tile in bathroom has mold. I could tell that before I moved in it was a paint rush job everywhere. Paint was still wet and was peeling. The cabinets throughout the entire apartment are old, faux wood, and have not been kept up properly. Cabinets have been peeling over the months/years so badly, it almost looks like cardboard. If you complain the staff they offer you a ridiculous upgrade option for you cabinets (which is a waste) its a monthly fee costing almost half of your rent (per month). Management concerns with your maintenance doesn't exist. Management is rude and talks down to people. Any previous problems before you move in gets overlooked and the excuse is "they did the best they could do". If you ask for any kind of assistance they will turn the other cheek, even if the problem is their fault. Out of over 300 apartments only 1 reliable maintenance guy Save your time and your money!
