DO NOT COME HERE! Please!! The women in the office acts sweet at first to sell you the apartment but once you move in good luck. The rate is $950 a month but we pay almost $1,100 if I knew this I would of gone some where much better. The water bill goes up with each bill, we pay monthly fee for trash disposal and they some MAYBE once a week. Oh and if they rip your garbage, which 90% of the time they do, it stays there for maggots to come and eat. We had to put on gloves to clean the disgusting maggots off of our porch. Good luck sleeping in anytime past 8, the construction crew, the maintenance people, and the -------s who play their music in their car so loud will wake you up. Want to order something off of Amazon? Well it's gonna be a pain in the ---. You need a key to come in the entrance and the office won't hold it for you so it's almost impossible to receive a package. And I can't even express to you how HORRIBLE the women is in the office. Has no respect for people and will talk down to you and blame what ever it is that is happening to you. It's called "city view" but the only view I get is construction being done. One star is too much to even give. This place is 0 star worthy.

Worse apartment complex ever at the beginning everything looks great the management office is happy to help you but once you move in good luck I just move in and already want to move out maintenance don't do anything you have to put work orders after work orders and they just ignore it. Rent is not cheap water bill is too high because you don't just pay just you water bill they add all the water bill of all units and divided by the amount of units. Don't get fool like me don't waste your time with this community.

Horrible apartment complex. My lease is up in May and I will be moving out. When I first moved in I had one flat rate for water. Now with Harbor Management group I now shell out about 100$ for JUST WATER. For one person living in my apartment. Completely outrageous! On top of that I am only home 3 days out of the week. I work in PSL so some nights I just stay at my fiancé's house. I had sent several emails concerning this issue. None were responded to. I also called and never got a call back for this problem. When I finally had gotten ahold of someone she told me they had put a new water system in and those were the breaks. I currently have a lawyer checking out this situation. Nothing has been completely fixed in my apartment and I highly doubt I will be getting my security deposit back because of this. The vinyl floors in the bathroom and kitchen are peeling up and I don't even want to know what's under my carpet. Emergency Matinance is horrible. I called several times about my refrigerator being broken and blowing hot air. I was told someone would be there within the hour and no one showed up for 3 days. They even had the nerve to spray paint my stainless steel sink and say it was replaced. Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in honestly. I highly regret my decision to live here. Renter Beware.

All what is listed are my what I have seen with my own eyes and most are opinion and belief while living at cityview Apartment: 1. The Plumb is bad 2. The Office Staff lie through their teeth about Harbor Management 3. The building have really bad water damaged due to plumbing 4. If you have kids do not move in because my kids were running to the clinic every month. 5. They try to do anything for you not to move like stating that you have to paid more than what was agreed in your contract, or if they will charge you stupid thing that really do not worth that much just to make an extra hundred or thousands if they can. 6. In my case my apartment was neglected so bad to the point the management team allow mole to grow in my carpets and entrance to my apartment.

1) Knocked on my door at 8am to replace both toilets without any notice 2) Knocked on my door at 8am to inform me they are re-covering the parking lot and you must move your car or it will be towed... without any notice 3) Called the "emergency maintenance" number. Just a minor issue... a rain forest in my hallway... 3hrs later, no response.. 4) Left a note on my door saying they couldn't enter for "scheduled maintenance" because they didnt have a current key, and there was NO scheduled maintenance 5) They have turned off the water twice in one week (3x in two weeks) for repairs yet no notice and the office lady (who was condescending, and definitely had no right to be) says "we dont have to if its an emergency". Yet I spoke with the plumbing guys and they said a work order was on their desk when they got to the office. Meaning that request was put in at least the day before... plenty of time to give notice, just lazy. 6) Sent a letter specifically stating that we can no longer pick up packages from the office and must wait until the next business day and they will be delivered by 9am. A) Pretty sure no one can hold someone elses mail if its asked for. I walk in a day a package is delivered and ask for it, they say its not there. Commence a 2hr driving around period for my sister trying to figure it out just to find the packages outside my door with no knock or doorbell ring. C) A couple days after that packages were delivered at 6pm. Right before they closed.
