Great place! Attentive management, grounds are impeccably maintained. Signed a short term lease here and they were more than accommodating in trying to lease our apartment when we needed to leave early because we purchased a home. Definitely Recommend!

I have been a resident at Claiborne Crossing for a about 9 months now and I love it! Not sure about the comment someone made about maintenance but the maintenance staff here are great. They keep things looking nice. We had a bad winter with tons of snow. Not only did get the parking areas completely cleared but on that first day I got stuck outside the complex and the maintenance staff came and shoveled a path for me all the way back to a spot right in front of my building. They really went the extra mile. Also the amenities, pool area, club house, etc. are also awesome. We have also met some really nice people. A few not so respectful neighbors but most of them didn't stay long.

I looked for quite a while before choosing a place to live. Having been a homeowner for twenty plus years, I wanted to make sure I found the right spot. Claiborne Crossing is an amazing place to live. It is the best place in Louisville. From the leasing staff and management to the maintenance crew, these folks have a passion for nurturing a great community. They do what they say they will do. The construction is very high quality, the finishes are exquisite, the grounds are pristine, and the amenities are second to none. It is a must see if you are considering a luxury apartment.

Claiborne Crossing Apartment Homes is an excellent place to live! The staff is always helpful and friendly, the grounds are lovely, and the apartments are in ideal condition. I could not be happier with my decision to become a resident here.

Good apartment complex overall, but maintenance is TERRIBLE! 3 weeks or more goes by without any appearance from maintenance on urgent issues, leaving me to try to fix problems myself. Residents often leave trash or boxes outside their doors for a week or more and trash compactor frequently is "full" after residents do not enter appropriate code and trash is pilled up outside compactor.
