This place looks like a good deal and they are renovating apartments so they make them look nice at first but it's really just polishing a turd. We are constantly having them fix things and currently our toilet is leaning towards the bathtub. The office is NEVER open and there is always garbage all over the parking lot. Plus they did absolutely nothing when we had these ice storms so no one could get out of the parking lot. Don't get stuck here for a year. We will be gone first thing when our lease is up.

Where to start, The pool looks great on the picture, however, it is usually VERY DIRTY, NASTY, and CLOSED. Next, the landscape is TRASHY, there is garbage all over, then there is the access gates that have never worked a 1 day, there is also the problem of people jumping the fence right outside your window, STEELING besides me I have talked to several other people that have had plenty of things STOLEN. Last but not least, the inside might look allright but the is MOLD everywhere, cabinets that fall apart because they are home made BADLY, cellings that have holes and fall apart, door don't work, paint don't match, carpet tore up, and whever EMERGENCIES like FLOODING or broken toliets from apartment above or your own you cannot call maintance because they dont come and cannot communicate with you if you do not speak SPANISH. Please take this information SERIOUSLY from someone who has lived all over the USA in several differant apartments.
