This is the absolute worst place to rent!! I have never seen management and maintenance workers team up to be the biggest rip off ever. The apartment is fixed by silicone, dry wall tape and duct tape. They don't take the time to clean their units for new renters, they paint over everything. I have found those plastic tags from clothing painted on in my closet. My bathtub is also the most discussing thing I have every stepped in. In my drain is a previous renters hair painted over. The safety bar in the tub is held together with duct tape and painted over. I discovered this after a months worth of showers washed away the paint. There is also a small hole in my bathtub floor that is taped and painted over. I have gone to management about these issues and the fact that it's been 5 months and they won't do anything about it. Epic fail. Save yourself the money this place is not worth your rent and time.

These are great apartments!! Quiet, and beautiful landscape!! I've had a few things that needed to be fixed in my apartment and they were fixed very quickly by the very sweet maintenance guy!! Highly recommend! Also very helpful staff here...:)
