I really like living here! It is affordable and very clean. I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the staff was. It is also a great environment for graduate students. I myself being a med student wanted a quiet environment that was not too far away from campus. I lived at the Lodges of East Lansing last year and while the apartments are relatively new they are drastically over priced. Further the management at The Lodges is extremely rude and it takes FOREVER to get anything fixed. Finally its nice that College Towne has free heat because when I lived at the Lodges our heat was not free and if you are from out of state and do not know what the winters are like in Michigan be prepared to pay over $300 a month for electricity at the Lodges. Did I mention the female staff at College Towne is really hot! Cant hurt right!

I'm not sure why or how anyone could be upset with the leasing services that College Towne provides. The apartments are DIRT CHEAP price wise, and certainly nicer than that price would suggest on the inside, not to mention pretty roomy. I lived here for a year and loved it. It's a bike ride from Hawk Island and I never had any problems with crime or neighbors. In fact, the only people that I've ever heard of that did have these issues were foolish enough to leave their cars or apartments unlocked. Management doesn't treat you like children as many other places do and they are very easy to work with if you ever have any issues. 5-stars!

I recently moved into College Towne Apartments and loved every second of it. The 3 team members I have dealt with are AMAZING. Sara and Megan have helped me speed some processes up, fixing minor issues, even telling me where some hotspots in town are. The pools and workout areas are great. I absolutely love this place!

Just moved in here at college towne west. Pretty unsatisfied with the move in process and condition of our apartment. The kitchen was not cleaned hardly at all,(sticky stuff all over the cabinets, cabinets are beat up, stove was unplugged for whatever reason). The bathroom is in terrible condition too, cabinets are broken and severely damaged, and they said that they are probably not going to get fixed. Molding around all windows seem to be rotting out, the slider door is just nasty, this place just isn't what they make it seem like when you're viewing the apartment before moving in. I would recommend going somewhere else if these apartments are included in your search.

I currently live at College Towne and I think the apartment complex is the best DTN property in the Lansing area. The community is large, parking is never a problem, and Maintenance is always there to help you without hesitation. Also, I want to specifically acknowledge the Maintenance member Bob, as he has on multiple occasions went "above and beyond" with work-orders. So yeah, I do encourage you to move to College Towne Apartments, and if you really want a "bang for your buck", the town homes are the way to go!
