Abysmal. Let's take it from the top... 1. A/C sounds like a 747 - super low quality (aka "green"). Of course the agent said 'you won't notice it once there's furniture in here (echos and such). You can't heard the T.V. or think for that matter over the A/C, which kicks on ever 7 seconds. Worst I ever had the displeasure of using. 2. Actual 747s fly over this place every 20 minutes - literally. You've been warned. Sanford Airport direct. 3. Water pressure is awful. Again "green" shower heads, etc. make it near impossible (or takes forever) to take a shower. 4. Master bathroom shower stall (in 2 bed) is only large enough to stand sideways in. 5.ALL of our interior doors were mis-hung (stayed half way open when I wanted them open). 6. Garage Door mis-hung - Will intermittently not close because of binding on track issue. I have to stay to "watch" it close every time. 7. Appliances are as low quality as it gets (see 747) 8. Walls are paper thin. 9. Front door auto shuts (hing). No idea why, but drives us crazy. 10. Power issues abound (see "green") Some outlets charge our phones, other do not. We thought the Integrated USB ports in the A/C outlets were going to be great, but it turns out that they are completely useless. Can't use to charge anything unless you have 2 weeks to do so.. 11. At the end of the lease, you have to notify them 2 MONTHS prior or they will ASSUME (according to the lease) that you are switching to month to month. WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU IS YOUR NEW PAYMENT WILL BE ROUGHLY $1,000 MORE PER MONTH! Ours went from $1600 to $2555... I'll stop here. Hope you get the idea.. MMA IS A JOKE. C.Y.A. on your lease... included all needed/potentially needed exit clauses. Be warned. Oh, and yeah, the pool is VERY NICE...
