I wish I didn't have to put 1 star. The front office has been giving us problems since before day 1. First they scheduled my move in day on a day that they were going to be closed, and last minute told me that I couldn't move in that day, AFTER I had already taken off of work and planned everything around that day. On another occasion, they towed my car because it was parked in an area where they were wanting to redo the road and parking spaces. With no flyers, notices, nothing saying that this event was going to occur. When I called the front office, they told me that I had to pay to get it out. Anytime I call the front office, they always have this sarcastic tone in their voice, and are rude. There is only ever been one person who has actually been nice and never talked down to me and I think her name is Allison. Other than that, I refuse to speak to anyone else up there. Yes, the apartments are nice, and the neighborhood is nice, but the front office is the absolute worst! Please please please think twice before you live here!

I love living here. They have great amenities, the property looks great, I have an attached garage which gives the apartment more of a 'homey' feel. The staff are really nice. The gate always works...it's close to EVERYTHING and there is a cute park next door..hehe. I would recommend leasing here.

This place looks good on the outside looking in, but once you sign that contract the true colors begin to show. That smile that used to be on the management faces when you talk to them is gone as soon as you sign the contract. All the so called amenities that were shown to you that looked so nice before you signed the contract are filthy and you don't want to touch them now. ie the GYM, the pool area, public bathroom. The gate that worked before I signed the lease does not work anymore. I wandered why my rental insurance was higher than I have ever paid, well that is because they lease these apartments to anybody. Its a heavy police presents in this area, you would figure that would make you feel safe but it makes me feel like what has happened now? Management makes a mistake with the pricing on your lease agreement and wants you to pay for the mistake that they made. How the hell do you make a $100 mistake and now you want me to come out of my pocket. Oh we fu*@ked up but you still got to pay the price too bad. Management curses at you on the phone when conversation gets a little to heated. Been here for 3 weeks and they still haven't came out here to fix this garage. Thats just what I have been threw in 3 weeks. Do not move here. I am looking for ways that I can break my lease without having to pay for 3 months rent... any suggestions please let me know. And this is why I have "just moved in and ready to move out".

Worst place I have ever leased from. I've been here one month and am still waiting to get a working dishwasher put in. You think they'd check to make sure appliances were working before the new tenants move in. Also, I don't think anyone cleaned up bc we found leftover Corona bottles in the kitchen and filth and dirt throughout. Our bathroom reeks of cigarette smoke. They dazzle you with their website and tours, but they nickel and dime you for some sad, ramshackle excuse of an apt. Oh, and management hassles you for money, but s l o w w w w to follow thru with you. When you call the office, no one there can do anything for you, basically it's a chick saying 'I'm sorry' and leaves it at that. Bottom-line: Don't move here; this place is crusty and nasty and their management is even worse.

Here's my take. We sign a contract. I pay my rent, you provide the unkeep and amenities as noted, or as I saw when I moved in. Word of Advice-never look at a Model, always look at the actual apartment. The best thing about this apt- the keep of mowing the lawn/landscape. It must be the cheapest expense!! Here's my other take: Hall/stairway-lint from laundry and spiderwebs are more than enough. No one does that neither!! No sweeping,blowing-nothing!! GYM-run!!!!! or u stand the chance of getting MRSA/Swine Flu and who know what else!! It's never clean, no soap, tissue, papertowel, antiseptic solution 2 clean machines after use.this issue have been going on 4 nine months. i do not plan to renew my lease,i thought i would save $ by not going 2 a gym, now i still have to pay LAFITNESS!!every1 in that office i have complained 2, i was told-no1 has been hire to clean gym-not in budget!! Pool!!another run!!!let's just say i do not let my kids swim in that pool-don't even let me get started with outside bathroom 4 pool users..the stinch of urine/feces will follow u home. Office people- their attitude is so long as i get paid F#$# u tenants!! Maintenance-let's just say i'm still waiting on them 2 fix crack tiles in shower-i think i already smell the mold!! Gated community???? Yes u will see a gate- i mean an open gate-ALWAYS!! Price-??? If u going thru real hard times, hey...move in a suck it up..Well, when i move in I got a good deal i thought, but if u really look around..i realize WTF?? i coulda done better. Newbie to GA.. Landscape- pretty grass is all I can say.. Does anyone know where i can post pics for the gym.I Have Evidence!!!
