When I lived there 3-4 years ago, I loved it. I wanted to come back to this place as this complex was the best place I've lived in since moving to Atlanta, but the only thing that stopped me was the office staff. I was looking to lease once again, but the staff were more focused on getting me to sign an application on the spot rather than show an available unit, model unit or the grounds to show me the changes that have occurred since the new company took over. By the time that my boyfriend and I left, I was more on the side of "Thanks, but no thanks." Had the staff not been so pushy and did a better job of showing me the property, I would've proceeded with an application shortly after my visit. I try to read reviews and take them with a grain of salt. However, the reviews of a "money-hungry" management team were spot on. Love what I recall of the property and it's at a decent price, but I don't take to kindly into being pushed into making an investment without seeing all of the inventory.

Hundreds of cigarette butts litter the breezeways due to scumbag neighbors and apathetic maintenance stuff. Months after moving in, management companies changed and they started packaging cable into my utility bill for $50/month. I don't watch cable. The management company instituted a draconian pool policy: open hours are 10am-8:45pm or you are trespassing and the property has the right to call the police and alcohol is not permitted at the pool. I couldn't be happier to have moved out of this place.

My wife and I have been tenants here for years and have had mixed experiences. The apartments have style that beat out anything else in the area. They look and feel fantastic. The only issues with the actual apartments I've had have been with faulty track lighting in the kitchens and power outlets that don't work. These two issues seems to be prominent in all the apartments as we've lived in three different units. The staff has been friendly and helpful, with maintenance coming out for repairs the day after issues are reported. Very responsive and understanding every time we've had an issue. I will say that parking here is horrendous. Parking spaces are nearly impossible to find after 9-10PM. Overall, I rate the complex a 3 out of 5. High marks include apartment styling, the general clean feeling of the complex, and a friendly staff. Low marks include minor apartment faults with utilities and poor parking availability. For the price, CG at Shiloh is very hard to beat.

Worse place ever they have hidden cost everwhere they use third pary people for lights and water you never know how much your bill will be and like someone else said you will get screwed when you move you because they will say that you owe 2 months for lights and water. Dont even think about moving here you WILL get SCREWED.

I lived on campus at KSU for 2 years and moved here because it was gated and had a nice appearance. The service here is horrible. The staff is NEVER available to answer the phone. The only good staff member is Greg the leasing agent. He is great- other than that no one cares about what you have to say. The tenants there are less than acceptable. I have had verbal threats from other tenants with the threat of weapons while I had my dog on a leash and was obeying the leash laws of the complex. When brought to the attention of the office that this was occurring they did nothing about it and I have had to get the police involved and am afraid for my safety every time I come home. The police have been called out numerous times for many different issues in my building alone. The tenants are anything but respectful and the quality of tenants they allow to live here is appalling and to the point where I as a young female feel very unsafe in my own building. Do not live here.
