The leasing agent, Dawn, is a joy. In speaking about the negative reviews, she informed me these reviews were from a period prior to the current property manager. She proceeded to show me a stack of positive reviews that tenants fill out when they renew their lease or request maintenance. I have been on the property 3 times now. Each time, it was peaceful and clean with no one loitering on the property. I have just paid my deposit and will be moving in next month. I look forward to it and feel assured it will be a nice, safe place to live. I will certainly update as I go along. I wouldn't want people to stay away due to reviews that no longer apply

Horrible white trash tennants with even worse owner support. Policies are enacted but not enforced except asanine ones. Maintenace men are rude and idiots. I weekly sumbit up to 3 major work orders. AC went out in summer and was never fixed. Tennants are complete trash and rude. On any given day it sounds like a child abuse or domestic circus. I call the police atleast once a week. Was promised a rennovated apt and instead given something that resembles a crack house. Landlord is more worried about cig butts and dog turds that the quality of housing. Everything is outdated by 20 years atleast. when my lease us up I am moving out do quick I may poop myself with joy....no worries about the carpet because it could only improve it. Given the choice to renew my lease or live behind Dodges dumpster ill take the dumpster. This place is the definition of a slum lord.

horrible place, especially if your single with 2 cars, they will not issue you another parking permit for your vehicle so you have to park your car in the visitors parking; which would be fine if it wasn't always full. they will tow your vehicle even if they know its yours. they evicted several people for this insignificant violation. they also expect you to bring your visitors over instead of them driving to you. they just released a new policy stating that there is no loitering in the breeze way, even if your a resident. so that means no bbq, no sitting out front and playing with the kids, etc... its a nightmarei strongly recomend staying far away from this place

i lived in these apts for like 9 months. I was pregnant at the time. The windows are so old that the water from the outside seeps in forming lots and lots of mode around the windows. You can call the water condensation. There are lots of green and black mode around the windows it wasnt healthy for me during my pregnancy and i knew that it would not be healthy for my baby gurl once she is out. I would always have to be bleaching it . But thats a hassel! Also everytime something would brake and you needed the mainence man right away they would come but they would act like it bothers them every time u call them when something brakes. They would act and show you that you are bothering them with there attitude. These are old apts you could tell by certain things in the apt ..... dont rent them there is way better apts....

I lived at this apartment for almost a year. I never really had a problem with the staff, or maintenance people. When we moved into the apartments they were exceptionally clean, had some minor defects but nothing to complain about. All of our neighbors were nice. The only problem was finding a parking spot sometimes when it was full.
