These properties may be beautiful on the outside, but what is on the inside is ugly. TLC owner Carol Coryel advocated to strike down an ordinance that adds sexual orientation and gender identity to the list of persons protected from discrimination. As Coryel put it "if it ain't broke don't fix it". There has been resounding feedback from the gay and transgender community that they do face discrimination. Coryel stated her position, as the part-owner of TLC, at a press conference for small businesses. She clearly stated that she was saying so from her position as part-owner of TLC. I would hesitate to live anywhere that would openly treat my family and friends with such disregard and I certainly wouldn't trust them with a lease agreement.

I picked Coryell Courts bc I loved the apt. they showed me. I thought the price was pretty good since it included internet and cable, plus a gym in the front office. So I got there to move in and the apt. they gave me was nothing like the one they showed me and it smells like an ash tray. My clothes even smell like smoke now. I've complained but I've been told that no one is allowed to smoke in the rooms, so basically they're not going to do anything. I went a week without cable and internet. The cable is not HD, so if you have a HD tv, plan on some weird looking picture. The washer in the room is horrible, plan on washer your clothes more than once. Zero closest place. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE>

Great company and great family!

I absolutely loved the time that I had renting my studio at Coryell Courts. The facility is extremely clean and well kept with gorgeous rooms and brand new, easy-to-use and clean appliances. I could not have asked for nicer people to deal with or better services here on site. I mean seriously, what apartment complex offers tanning on site with state-of-the-art tanning beds?! If it wasn't for a job offer out of town, I would still be there. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone and anyone!

I called the office this morning and spoke with Adam, the property manager. I informed him that I had left my curling iron plugged in. He cheerfully assured me he would go unplug it so I wouldn't have to leave work. That may be a small service, but it will be remembered when it's time to renew our lease this year.
