I'm a current resident of Country Club Apartments as on May 2013. Been here for almost a year this September and I HATE IT. I have had consistant plumbing issues both within my apartment and the apartment above me plumbing issue resulted in My personal and apartment damage Yes it was that bad almost 4 inches of water. On 2 different times. My dishwasher has NEVER worked right since I moved in. I have contacted property managers on all occasions and had to wait several days for work to get started and months for it to be completed. Having to wait almost 2 months so they can fix a hole in the wall that they created having to fix plumbing issues is just crazy. They changed lease terms when ever they want. First its 30 days notice then 60, then 90 as of May. When questioned the change. I was told the Property Owners decided to change this. I can hear the conversations on the people above me and a crossed the hallway. Yes although this apartment was just a started home because I was new to the area i will not recommend anyone move here. The Only this Good about this place is that They keep the grounds clean but they apartments are not updated

The apartment I rented is very nice. It's fairly clean and several of the appliances were replaced before I moved in. There's a few spots that hint at the old age of the building (30+ years), but that's not unusual in my experience. The staff are helpful and are usually quick about doing repairs/fixes. The location is pretty close to where I work, so that helped me make my decision. The rent is relatively low compared to other apartments nearby. The only think I dislike is that water billing is divided up between apartments, so an apartment with two or three people pays the same as a unit with one person. The billing for water and trash is done by a third party.
