I have lived at CCV for about 5-6 years and still currently live there. It has been a really nice experience for me and my small family. The office staff and maintenance are really on top of things here. Every time I have ever reported any maintenance issues, the maintenance guys have been there the same day, if not, the very next day, to inspect the issue and fix it. For example, our kitchen faucet was having issues, it was replaced with a brand new one. The large blinds on the balcony door were falling down repeatedly, again once reported they promptly replaced with them all brand new ones. Our air conditioner unit went on the fritz once when it was 100 degrees out, and a brand new upgraded unit was installed the same day I reported it. So, I mean it when I say they care about the upkeep of the units and the families occupying them. I even reported a large tree that seemed to be dead or dying which made me uneasy, as it loomed high over my daughters' bedroom. Once reported, they hired someone to come out and inspect the tree and took the tree down at my request. So, as you can see, the office staff are very responsive to tenant issues and concerns. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood to live in. As a negative, I will say that pet owners living at this property are not very considerate and do not pick up after their dogs. The office has sent out multiple warnings on this issue and states they will fine anyone who is reported to not pick up after their dog, so at least they are trying to be on top of this issue. I would recommend this place to anyone asking. The only reason I intend on leaving in the near future is because we need a 3 BR and the 3BR offered by CCV are only 900 sq. feet. Which is only 100 more feet than the 2 BR unit I am in right now.

Update 12/30/14: I've currently been living here 18 months now. The first year was stellar...until they started letting anyone move in. My building is no longer quiet. I have complained several times and called the police with every occurence and the management does nothing. The ladies in the office are not very personable and airheads. I am upgrading to a 2 bedroom on the 3rd floor since the people currently above me are extremely inconsiderate. CCV is overpriced for 2 bedrooms especially since they do not provide a washer/dryer and also 3/4 of their apartments have no updates whatsoever. I am only continuing to live here because I am moving out of state next year (2016) and don't see the point of moving again before that. One last tid bit of advice when apartment hunting...be very leery of complexes that show you a "model" apartment because chances are your apartment will look NOTHING like it. The point of scheduling a showing is to allow them plenty of time to notify the tenant of the vacating apartment (by law they have to give them 24 hours notice before entering) so they can show you what you'll actually be getting. So please call their bluff if they tell you otherwise.

Reasonable rates, decent apartments, my only complaint would be the loud neighbors who don't realize how loud their stomping can be.
