When I moved in, I was happily surprised, the carpet was so clean, i think it's brand new, just like my appliances. I just had a hick-up with the towel bar, brand new too that fell off as soon as I touched it, but maintenance came to fix it the next day. I guess they have brand new repair guys because one of them told me he started 3 weeks ago. Like the leasing girl too, she said. Anyway, it's close to everything, it's gated, my apartment is nice and bright bc of the cathedral ceilings, though it gets a bit hot, but hey, it's Texas. I guess they got their S^#( together, because so far i like it. PS: no pest that i've seen so far in 2 weeks. I wish they had painted my front door though, it's all scuffed and a a bit chipped. The neighbors are nice and courteous (so far) so I guess they must have cleaned up the place... Good value to me so far... PS: Got to see the fireworks from 6 flags last night when I walked my dog, how's that for a perk! :-) Hope it'll be like this every friday night at 10:30pm!
It IS the worst apartment/experience I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The filthy room they moved me into hadn't been sprayed for roaches and other insects. I had to eradicate a gnat problem with fly paper myself because a window was partially broken in the bedroom. A few of the outlets in the living room don't work so I have to run a GREEN extension cord across the room under my area rug just to watch TV. The managers change out like I change clothes. I reccomend moving here if you enjoy being homeless with a 'home'. Its appalling.
I love there new upgrades can't wait to move in if you are moving to the Arlington area I recommend these apartments there staff is excellent and very honest I hope this helps thanks
