Everything about apartment is fine given the fact they are new so not lot of things are wrong however since the management change to "Trade street residential" that is biggest thing that really went down. Customer Service is what you will not get here. People in office are rude and they do not wish to listen to customer. I have had some issues with my move out bill and when I was explaining my point their assistant manager said I am yelling on her and hung up on me when at the same time she kept on reiterating her point without giving me chance to speak. Even when you move out you only have option to move out as per their timings. I had a flight in morning the day I was moving out and they asked me to drop my keys a day before because they don't open until 1:00 in noon so either I miss my flight to just handover keys to them or go look out place to stay a night before because I had to drop keys before they close a day before (They can't afford a drop box)
