I moved into this complex when it was new. No one had ever lived in my apartment prior to me moving in. I continued to live here for 3 years until the items talked about in all the other reviews became to much. Parking is a joke, management by RIVERSTONE also a joke they can't keep people and the distinct managers have other motives. Trash building up was always an issue. The walls are paper thin you can literally hear the toilet flush on the other side of the wall and I'm not taking about the water either. I was told cleaning and carpet cleaning would be charged regardless of the condition I left the apartment in. What a joke this place could really be a gem instead it's a huge black mark on Sherwood. On another note the photos of apartments on the website are NOT of this complex but of another one in Washington notice it shows built in microwaves and Chrome appliances. Most likely a bait and switch illegal marking tactic.

This place was amazing when we first started living there the manager, front office staff, and maintenance were all fantastic. But shortly after that it all went downhill not one person that was originally there when we first moved in is there now. And I can say that that is a shame!! The new management is not on top of things at all. The parking is a joke if you want to have guests over plan on having them park at the grocery store and going and picking them up there is only about 8 visitor parking spots that are taken up by other tenants who either have there garages full of crap and can't park there car in it or have a family with five cars. When we first moved in we were told that there was street parking and there was until the city put up signs on one side of the street and there is now half the parking there was before, really only about 10 cars can park on the street and you have to be home by 4:00 if you want a chance at that parking. The staff now are not knowledgeable or helpful when we first moved in they fixed a light bulb for us and repainted a wall that was the wrong color, they helped us as much as possible and were always quick and kind. The new manager and staff however couldn't even get us the paint color or name and number for us after three weeks we had to go down and tell them that there was a five gallon bucket in the maintenance garage that we could see and to go get it so that we could get the numbers and location. They use another companies color at the paint store and were telling us the wrong location to get it from. Once the maintenance guy brought in the five gallon bucket they tried to tell us that that was the correct pain however it was white and none of the walls in our apartment are white they went back out and found the correct five gallon bucket but only after we told them that that was not the correct one, the least they could have done for making us wait three weeks for the info and giving incorrect information is give us a gallon of the five they had to take care of repainting the walls we needed to take care of. As of the end of December they had not covered the pool for the winter and I had to call several times to notify them that the doggie stations had not had bags for several weeks (if you have a pet you pay a monthly fee for those bags to help keep things nice) due to there being no baggies people were no longer picking up, so we got notices saying we would be fined if we did not pick up after our pets. We also received notification about the trash compactors and people not putting trash in the compactor, however maintenance was gutting an apartment and not placing any of the materials they took out in the compactor so tenants assumed it was not working and trash was piled so high you could not get to the compactor. Also there was an incident where a tenant drove over the curb and ran in to the natural gas, instead of calling 911 and getting people out of there units the management there was trying to get hold of the gas company. It took other tenants calling 911 for the fire department to respond and turn it off. Overall the units are nice, pricey but nice. If you are looking for that particular floor plan I would recommend going down the street they are on the opposite side of the road and have the same floor plan and may have better management. I would not chose to live here again and would not recommend it to my friends or family.

Sure, it's a beautiful 3 bedroom with the very open floor plan, wood flooring, granite countertop and fireplace. However, the price is ridiculous when you consider the joke amenities they offer here and the unprofessional way this property is run. It seems like half the complex doesn't know how to get their trash into the compactor so you have to side step mattresses, junk furniture and strewn about bags of garbage to get to the ONE and only receptacle. They are absolutely ruthless with their rules, so that even today they had another random inspection...for our back patios to make sure we had a max of 3 planters, neutral colored furniture and a rolled-up hose. If your planters were larger than 18" diameter, if you had red patio furniture or a hose that wasn't in a hose-storage unit then you'd be fined. Seriously. They come into your house ALL the time for these inspections. The best part is, after the outrageous expectations: their own staff are often out of their office well before 6pm to manage another property. So if you need to receive packages or want to drop off rent after you get off work you can't. They trap you in 18 month leases that cost you $3.5k to break, and you can't let other tenants take over your lease unless you remain on the lease WITH them, so you better trust them. We both needed to move for our job but they have us with our hands tied. And with the complex being right down 99, it's a lot of traffic to get through (Gods, once that Walmart opens it'll be horrendous), it's loud and there is NO PARKING whatsoever. So never plan to have a visitor if you move here, and try to conserve household to one car or you literally won't have a place to park. I never leave ratings but I've stayed at a lot of great complexes and the owner of this place is straight off their rocker with the fees and regulations, yet clear ineptitude to address very important issues for the tenants. I can't wait to move back to Tanasbourne and be out of this $1400/month joke.

I have only lived at Creekview Crossing a couple of months and if possible would move out immediately. The noise level from HWY 99 is absolutely awful. On top of that any attempt at sound proofing between units is a dismal failure. Visitor parking is almost non existing and if you have 2 cars you are just out of luck most of the time. The one and only garbage disposable area is always a smelly horrible mess. There is a large trash compactor and never seems to be cleaned up. Yuk! Security is an issue also as there is not a way to see who is at your door before you open it. Overall the execution for a luxury nice experience is lousy. There are upgrades that are nice but they take a huge backseat to the growing list of things that don't work. There is one way in and one way out and requires U-Turns to get almost anywhere. It is a poorly thought out and executed complex. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Would get a higher score if there was more parking. They should buy some of that empty land in the back and make a parking lot.
